You Happy, We Happy slogan by Jacky Vietnam Travel reflects very much on how they offer their services.
Prior to our trip, Jacky had been very responsive to all our queries. I have not met him, just going through the communications via what's apps, already felt like knowing him for a long time. A very helpful and friendly agent.
It was an amazing and well organized trip, beautiful scenery, wonderful guide, great foods and lots of active adventures. The 2 highlights' ones that we thoroughly enjoyed are parading the Hoi An Streets with the rental of Vietnamese Dresses,the 69 km jeep and bamboo boat adventures.
We were so well cared, everyday he will follow up with me on how is the trip ? Great hospitality with free sanitizers for us as coronavirus hits us globally and free hand made gift for us at the end of our trip.
Never occurred to us to bring a face mask for our jeep adventure, just as when we needed it badly. A face mask was given to 16 paxs prior to the jeep adventure. A very kind, generous and caring agent.
My group of 16 paxs really had a good time, enjoyed the country of rich history and beautiful scenery.
Truly an unforgettable experience, I will highly recommend Jacky Vietnam Travel to everyone.

A really excellent trip ! There were 30 of us but 8 cancelled due to Covid 19 fears and we were treated to great food , a great tour guide ( thanks Mr Binh) and wonderful experiences especially the basket boat trip. Jacky allowed us to design our itinerary with his advice of what was suitable for our age group ( 50+ to 70) but even he was surprised at our exuberance . At our age , time is precious so we were out walking the night market in Hoi An , walking and climbing the steps of the palace in Hue and the King’s tomb , Han river cruising and exploring My Son. He gifted each of us a SIM card which proved invaluable when a pair of us got separated from the group in crowded Hoi An ancient town. Very professional and honest young man . Every feedback was welcomed and every need attended to quickly . Thank you Jacky and the team from Malaysia group.

We found Jacky before went to Vietnam and we booked 6 tours like Mekong Delta, Cu chi tunnels, My Son,Hue,Halong Bay (one night stay in the Silver Sea Cruise) and Ninh Binh. All of them were very good and well organised tours. Thanks to Jacky we could save time and see most important places with the guides who have deep knowledge in their fields. And Jacky as a person is very kind, generous and helpful guy. Highly recommend...

In 2019 we got engaged and started to arrange our honeymoon trip in 2020. We already knew that we would like to go to Vietnam and Cambodia but wanted an organised trip because of the honeymoon.
Via a colleague we got into contact with Jacky Travel.
From the first moment that we spoke with Jacky Travel, they were really helpful in chosing the right hotels and also in giving advice about Vietnam. Including the do's and don'ts.
Unfortunately corona came and we had to postpone everything..😔
We hadn't have to pay anything yet up untill that point for all the work they had already done, which was basically organised our entire trip. Not a single cancellation fee was requiered from us.
During the pandemic they stayed in touch with us, hoping that the situation would get better because, they understood how long we had been dreaming about our trip to Vietnam, so they wanted to make sure that we would get there one day!
Finally the borders reopened, so we went to Vietnam in September 2020 for a one month during trip to Vietnam organised by Toui from Jacky Travel.
To put it simply, they organised the perfect honeymoon trip, we didn't need to have a single worry or care on our minds as everything was organised up untill the smallest details. This thanks to the constant support of Tuoi and Johan. They sent us message everyday to ask if anything was requiered from them or if everything went smooth.
On our first day of the trip they retreived us from the Airport of Hanoi and we spent some time together in the evening, went for a local dinner and got some tips and tricks for the trip.
They also ensured us that if we had some problems we could always call them, even for small things like translation of a document, an issue with a hotel room,....
Tuoi actually organised everything from taking taxi's and limousines to hotels to also buying some stuff in Vietnam.
We never had someone talking such good care of us.
The tour guides they are working with are master class, they know a lot and try to explain everything in a funny way, so the tours were great.
The same for the hotels they advised us, they were all amazing because of the honeymoon we chose some more fancy hotels and they were great!😌
Amazing service and really kind and helpfull people.
It were the best 4 weeks for us.
We will for sure look back on this trip in the future with a wonderfull feeling, and this is in great part thanks to Toui and the Jacky travel team.
We would highly recommend to everyone working with Tuoi and Johan from Jacky Travel because they are not just a travel agency organising your holiday but really helpfull, friendly and supportive people who love their job and do it with passion you can see and feel it with each small thing they do.
They realy are an example of an organisation that cares about its clients 🏆

Normally we plan our own trips but Vietnam was new to us. We contacted several agencies regarding our interests and budget (we are retired and on a budget, so wanted 3 star only) but everyone responded with their standard inflexible bus tour itineraries.
Ms Smiley, co-founder of the agency, was different. She actually listened to our needs and location interests and tailored a three week itinerary mix of group and "private" tours with appropriate hotels in convenient locations. Places like Hanoi, Cat Ba, Sapa, Tam Coc, Hoi An, Hue and Angkor Wat were included.
We even asked for a few "free" days to explore places on our own and that was no problem for them. So flexible!
From start to finish, the AMAZING Ms Smiley kept in daily contact with us through WhatsApp. She was proactive and SO well organised. She promptly handled all questions, problems and transport arrangements as they arose. It was exactly like having your own personal 5 star Tour manager, plus one who is genuinely warm, friendly and so kind. We were treated like family members, not clients.
The agency has a great working relationship with drivers, other tour companies and guides. The company carefully select their contacts and everyone works together to help you. The tours were well selected. We also visited Angkor Wat and the small group tour they arranged was excellent!!! And they welcome feedback, too.
There's so many little extras we could talk about, but review room is limited here.
We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this excellent agency, especially for "first time" travellers to Vietnam. Jacky Travel knows all the tricks to make your visit a seamless one, down to giving you all details of drivers to pick you up. So choose this local agency rather than the big names if you want a more authentic travel experience. You won't be disappointed .

We arrived Hanoi rather late & Jacky himself was waiting for us and our kids, sending us to the hotel. In the morning, both driver and guide arrived on the dot and we started our pleasant journey to Ninh Binh. We were regaled by history and sights along the way looking at hills, vantage points, caves & historical sites. Stayed at a bungalow at Tam Coc and promptly taken on a bike ride around the hills. We enjoyed their guide very much.
We then went to Halong Bay where we sadly parted ways for the night. After Halong, we were back in Hanoi & for a final enjoyable tour around Hanoi before we took free & easy days.
This tour team was always in communication with each other and with us, to ensure everything was spot on. Both driver (Mr. Ding) & guide (Phong?) were extremely knowledgeable, soft spoken and very patient. My family loved the times we were with them.
Would I recommend Jacky? Absolutely. They have their itinerary, but were flexible enough to allow us to add or minus stops. Definitely hassle and stress free when you're on holiday & with kids.
We then went to Halong Bay where we sadly parted ways for the night. After Halong, we were back in Hanoi & for a final enjoyable tour around Hanoi before we took free & easy days.

Jacky took good care of my family and I (10 of us!) during our stay in Hanoi and Halong Bay. Jacky took us on a private food tour which was delicious, fun and informative. Private transfers from/to airport and Halong bay were particular comfortable in spacious buses.

This Dec'23 trip to Vietnam was our second Vietnam trip with Jacky and we thorougly enjoyed it just like our first trip to Hanoi few years back.
so, we started the trip from HCM, then to Mui Ne and finally to Dalat. Only thing we arranged on our own were the flight tickets (from Singapore to HCM, Internal flight from Da Lat to HCM and flight from HCM to Singapore), everthing else was taken care by Hanna. We spent 2 nights in HCM, 1 in Mui Ne and 4 in Da Lat. Day 1 included a pick up straight from Airport to Cu Chi tunnel with wonderful English speaking guide Bunny who was extermely knowledgeable about Vietnamese History, War and what not. Next day we covered Mekong delta day trip which was memorable in its own ways. Day 3 morning we left for Mui Ne and the the driver dropped us at our resort fronting the beach in Mui Ne. we explored the near by market and the breach on foot. Early morning of Day 4 was the most memorable part of the trip, where we were picked up around 4:30 AM to explore the sun rise and the white sand dunes in the ATV. Our driver was english speaking and helped click few hundred photos in different poses :). After covering few other attractions like Fairy spring stream same day around 12 PM we left for Da Lat where after reaching the hotel we explored the Night market. We started Day 5 with a 7 KM trekking tour which culminated next to a beautiful lake for a picnic style lunch prepared by our English speaking guide Justin who was wonderful, next item was Kayaking in the lake which was again awesome ! wonderful day. Day 6 we visited local attractions like the Crazy House (which was really Crazy and must see in Da Lat), Railway Station where we got a portrait for us, Flower Garden etc. Again we had a English speaking guide with us for whole day. Intentionally we kept Day 7 free and easy and early morning we were dropped at Da Lat Airport by the driver to take the flight back to HCM. Hanna was still in touch if we have taken our flight from da Lat to HCM etc.. An urforgettable trip made possible by Hanna and Jacky Travels. we will come back for the third trip to Sapa

Jacky Travels provided excellent service from pick-up till we ended our 6-day tour. The Hanoi food walk tour around Old Qtr was excellent, despite the summer heat.
The hospitality by them especially by Ms Smiley, was exceptional. We would surely recommend Jacky Travels to any travelers planning for trips to Vietnam. Their charges are very reasonable as compared to few other travel agents for similar travel arrangements.

I have reserved a 3 weeks trip to Vietnam with Jacky Vietnam Travel comprising tour trips in the south, Ho Chi Minh, Mekong Delta, in the centre by Da Nang and Hoi An, as well as in the north in Hanoi area. I was highly satisfied with the speed of the reply, and the flexibility to propose different options tailored to our specific needs. Smiley was very prompt to react and to answer our questions but also to adjust when we needed (we wanted to cut down
