We have booked a private car from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. They were very fast in responding via iMessage which was easy to book.
The car was clean and our driver was an amazing driver who was very calmly driving.
Couldn't be better than this ride.

A very professional Service.
My driver, Tommy, had perfect English and was highly educated about the places and customs we visited.
I did several trips with Tommy, and he was always safe and punctual.
To be greeted with a bottle of water was a well-received gift.
Tommy even took me from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay, a relaxed, enjoyable trip—no speeding nor dangerous driving.
I strongly recommend this company to fellow travellers.

We were with the driver nguyen thanh trung for three days....the driver speaks excellent English, knows and explains all the trips. drive very carefully and responsibly. The vehicle was very clean and we received bottles of water all the trips.

I used there services from and to the airport. Everything was fine. They were on time every time with clean cars.It's fast it's safe and they have very affordable prices. They also arrange private tours.

If you are planning to go visit Hanoi, use this company car day touring/Taxi service. I booked 1 day trip go to “Tam Dao” 4 people. Their rates were very reasonable and cheaper than other services. The driver was very friendly,helpful,polite,professional and most of all incredibly safe. He took us to the spots we asked to see and stopped at other view points along the way that he knew. He dropped us at a restaurant that was really fantastic local food and service. Left us with nothing to worry about. Definitely will use their service again on our next visit!

I used company viet nam car transport from the hotel to the airport. time around 45 minutes from the center hoan kiem to Noi Bai airport. Very thoughtful driver packed luggage and stopped 10 minutes for us at the store. Driving is fun and enthusiastic. I appreciate using Vietnam transport vehicles. Love driver :)

Excellent service throughout Vietnam
We have used Vietnam Car Service many times during our business trip in Vietnam and the service is simply outstanding and the prices are very good. (From the airport to the city or I use the car in Saigon they also provide it for me)
All time to work is punctual, driver well and is nice. The car manager who has handled all our bookings and coordination is extremely helpful and responsive.
I contacted him primarily via email and often received an immediate response

We have used Vietnam car service for all our transfers in Hanoi. The driver pick up us at the airport on time with Duoc driver's.
We used a few days car to Ninh Binh, halong bay and around Hanoi city. We valued driving is someone who is careful and help peoples. we recommended to our friend when they come to hanoi.
