The tours that Bloom Microventures have are well worth it. Not only do you get to experience and see things in Ha Noi that are not the usual things touristy things but actually how some people live, by going on the trip your money also helps to contribute to this great organisation and the good things they do for those... My family would thoroughly recommend a tour with Bloom Microventures. We wanted to make Christmas Day a day to remember whilst away from the traditional celebrations with our families and our private trip with Minh was certainly that! Minh was a fantastic guide and was generous in the information she provided about the company, the families we visited and broader... More

A great way to get out of Hanoi and see the countryside, if you're on a city break. You'll get to interact with locals and really see the rural lifestyle - incredible the gap in living standards between here and Hanoi, just an hour away. Organisation is good, although the lunch was quite poor - it was all served cold... More

I was one of three people signed up for the trip to Phu Minh, a beautiful and tranquil area. The journey took us along some really quiet roads with amazing scenery. I wasn't sure what to expect with our visit to the lady who was going to benefit of a micro-loan which my tour fee will contribute too. The lady... More

This tour was amazing from start to finish. We learnt so much about the local people and how they get by from day to day.Our guide and interpreter Che was wonderful and our driver was careful and safe. We left our hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with a new sense of how little some people have... More

I am a frequent traveller, however, the trip with Bloom Microventures was still an eye-opening experience to me. I won't talk much about the tour activity as many other reviewers have done so in great details. Instead, I will talk about the impacts these tours have had on the local community. To be certain, most of the farmers you would... More

nothing tacky or touristy about this tour. This is the real deal if you want to get off the beaten track (albeit for a day in our case) and visit a village and hear real stories about Vietnamese life in the mountains. We experienced so much as a family. This wasn't a "visit and look" tour - this very much... More

Being a Vietnamese who loves travelling both in Vietnam and abroad, I was still amazed on how Bloom tour is different from all other travelling experience I have had. Just about 1.5 hour drive away from Hanoi, the landscape and lifestyle were totally different! The people are living a simple yet happy and joyful life. That day I went with... More

The booking was handled efficiently and we were given good information about what to expect (particularly regarding bathroom arrangements!), what we needed to bring etc and we were met promptly at the appointed place by our guide, Ly. There were 4 in our family group and one other person joined us . We were taken in a comfortable minibus with... More

An amazing experience Ly collected us from our hotel and took us to see the villages they have been supporting, we personally met the lady our contribution was going to support and she was very welcoming ith her extended family and friends. We spent a lovely time with her and were able to see how her previous micro loan had... More
