Great Vietnam Tour - Value for money

Itenarary well planned. Good hotels and early check-in on arrival at ho chi Minh and late check-out on departure from Hanoi. Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff continuously in touch with us and prompt reply to all our queries.

We actually did the 21 day itinerary. Lan from Vivu personalized it for extra days in Halong Bay. Our guides were so friendly fun and knowledgeable!! This was a trip of a lifetime! Everyone should experience Vietnam! The people were so friendly, we felt extremely safe and welcomed,and the food was outstanding. Lan kept in touch with us before and during the trip ensuring everything was going perfectly and checked us in to all the domestic flights. Our accommodations were excellent as were all the excursions.
I highly recommend Vivu Travel, this trip went beyond our expectations!!

Wonderful time in Vietnam and Cambodia

Vivu travel did a great job planning our travels in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our agent was Hoai Nyugen. Our group of 4 had a driver and guide for each area. The guides spoke excellent English. One of our group was a little unsteady in his movements but the guides and drivers were super helpful getting him in and out of the van. All hotels were wonderful with excellent service and great locations. We visited the head office in Hanoi and were greeted very warmly. The people in Vietnam are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Vivu Travel.

Memories of a lifetime for our family

Our family of 5 (Dad, Mom & 3 teens) just returned from our tour of Vietnam and we are still reveling over the beautiful country, people and experiences. We are Vietnamese Americans born and raised in the U.S. and have been fortunate to visit Vietnam once before as newlyweds. Now that our kids are teens, we wanted them to experience firsthand their Vietnamese roots, people and culture.

I reached out to several tour agencies and ultimately decided to go with Vivu Travel due to how friendly, informative and timely Kim Dung was. From the start, she helped our family to tailor the tour to our desires and needs. Each step of the way, she helped to guide us through the next steps and answered any questions we had. The plan she laid out for us allowed us to see and experience so much but also did not feel rushed and allowed us to enjoy each moment. Kim Dung also kept in touch with us throughout the trip, checked in on our flights for us, helped us find seats together as a family for our two domestic flights and also made sure that we returned home safely. Every meticulous detail was appreciated.

We arrived in Hanoi to friendly and welcoming Trinh who was our guide for the next 5 days. Throughout the next 5 days, Trinh was there for us each step to share stories, information, and coordinate details. She was warm and inviting and our whole family felt comfortable with her by our side. We saw historical landmarks throughout Hanoi, experienced Train Street, rode a cyclo through the streets and saw the water puppet show. We then traveled to Ninh Binh where we visited Hoa Lu and rode boats through Tam Coc, which will remain a core memory for our family. We then went to Halong Bay where we did an overnight cruise on the gorgeous Paradise Elegance cruise ship.

Each new destination, we were greeted at the airport by a friendly guide (Peter in Hoi An, Hoang to Ba Na Hills, and Sony in Saigon) and private driver who shared information about our surroundings, some history, and related stories. They helped us to navigate to our next location, provided suggestions for areas for us to explore on our own and gave advice before we purchased items. We felt safe heading into areas we would not have otherwise explored on our own knowing that they were vetted by Vivu Travel ahead and that they were looking out for our best interest. They also helped us to keep an eye our schedules, planned restroom stops for us and were our personal photographers for family photos! In Hoi An we explored the old city and released our own paper lanterns, rode a gondola up to Bana Hills, crossed the Golden Hands bridge in the fog, and experienced the lively city of Saigon.
 
I was slightly nervous given that we did not personally know anyone who had used Vivu Travel before, but all those fears disappeared once we met our guides. We felt taken care of every step of the way. The guides communicated what we could expect for the day and then kept us updated each step. They helped get us settled in each hotel, boat ride, or cruise experience ensuring the staff at each location took care of us before they departed.

We had a wonderful trip as a family and made wonderful memories. We would recommend this agency to any of our friends who are looking to explore Vietnam.

Best time in Vietnam with friends

Miss Lan arranged whole tour for me and it was faultless. We travelled from south to north. On final days we stayed at resort Phu Quoc. Every city we visited was highlight, and our guides were very helpful. We had internal flights which were handled with care and she even got boarding passes for us, even though bit late to pick us up when we arrived. Our highlight was whole country and its people and goods.
Miss Lan and her team really looked after us. We are all vegetarians she arranged some restaurants for us and others we found ourselves.
I recommend Vivutravel and Miss LAN’s team highly.

I'd Give Vivutravel A Ten, If I Could!

Let me start with saying that our 16 day trip through Vietnam & Thailand (11 days in VN, 3+ in Bangkok, plus flying time) was excellent, excellent, excellent & I would give it 6 stars if I could, maybe even 10! SO excellent that, two weeks later, I can't stop thinking of how wonderful our trip was, all thanks to Vivutravel & especially, (Le) Kim Dung, who put together our very personalized, private tour. Everything we requested, Kim made it happen & made herself so easily reachable on WhatsApp throughout our time there. From hiking in mountains, to cooking classes (3!), to biking (twice!), to night market & Vespa tours, food tastings, massages, evening shows, cruise, rowing & kayaking excursions, perfect hotels & restaurants, off the beaten path trips & sights, in-country flights, great guides (everywhere!), reliable, safe & friendly drivers (again, everywhere!), and the opportunity to learn, love & get to know the beautiful country & people of Viet Nam & bustling Bangkok, Thailand. Let me finish now by saying how surprised and enchanted we were when we arrived at the Vivutravel's main office in Ha Noi & we were met, welcomed & HUGGED by all the travel agents there, got to spend some time with the founder, Mr. (Nguyen Minh) Tuan, received a most beautiful gift of an enamel painting of women in traditional ao dai & non la, as well as yummy candy treats & happiness & pictures all around (check out my pictures!).
