We were recommended by a family member and it was certainly a great success. The experience has been better than we could have imagined. The attention and treatment from Gabriela when planning the trip was amazing. The proposals he made to us, as he solved all our doubts and the modifications we asked him, in general everything perfect. As for the trip, both the guides and the drivers were great and the agency was amazing, having many details during the trip. Maximum punctuality in the pickups, we did everything that was scheduled, the cars in which we traveled wonderfully, the guides all amazing. My wife and I were referred to Vietnam Stays from a friend. We dealt solely with Lily who organized our whole six-week trip. We visited Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Lily arranged all our flights, hotels, boat trips, vehicle drivers, English speaking guides and our personal itinerary based on our requests and budget. We had a wonderful time. Lily exceeded our expectations. Did we have any hiccups? – We had one minor problem with a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, but Lily quickly resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. This is truly the mark of a well-run service company. Would I recommend Lily at Vietnam Stays? – Yes, without hesitation! In fact, we’re now planning another trip with Lily.

VietnamStay Travel provided us with a wonderful, individualized experience at a reasonable price. There is nothing negative I could say. Tours and tour guides were top notch. The guides spoke English well, were knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. Drivers were on time. Accommodations were outstanding and convenient to things to do. The tour guides accommodated our wishes and VietnamStay worked with us to get everything in we wanted to do after our flight was delayed over 7 hours due to weather at our place of origin. We planned on Vietnam being a onetime trip, but we had such a great time that we plan to return when we can. Thank you VietnamStay.

I would like to highlight the magnificent experience we had with Vietnamstay and especially with our agent Anita. From the first contact, everything was spotless. It is a super efficient agency that took care of every detail of our trip, making sure everything went perfectly.
During the 12 days we toured Vietnam, there was not a single drawback: all the transfers were on time, no drivers were delayed and everything was perfectly organized. The itinerary was spectacular, full of emotions and designed to make the most of every place we visit. We even had a few beach days that were the icing on the cake.
I want to thank Anita especially for her attention, professionalism and dedication. It made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely recommend Vietnamstay to everyone.

This was the first time that we had used a travel agency outside of USA. VietnamStay.com. Lily a trip advisor did a great job in creating an itinerary that met our needs perfectly. Her knowledge of Singapore, Malysia, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand is superb. She is the best. We highly recommend her.

I usually organize all the trips by myself, but this time one of my friends who has been to Vietnam some years ago told me about VietnamStay and recommended their services. So I decided to give it a try and I must say that it was the right choice. Our travel agent Lily has done an amazing job in organizing every single detail of the trip. The whole organization was simply perfect, since the first steps of the schedule of the program Lily always provided plenty of useful information, giving a very detailed schedule of the trip day by day, listing all the different activities and locations that we were going to visit. She always welcomed our requests modifying the program accordingly and finding the best solution. We've traveled as a couple from north to south: Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Hoi An, Hue, Nam Cat Tien National Park, Ho Chi Minh, Mekong Delta. All the transfers and accommodation were perfectly managed by Lily: the hotels she found for us were so beautiful and always in a walking distance from the main landmarks, the guides she assigned to us were truly amazing persons, always providing lots of information and really taking care of us, the transfers were always perfectly on time and all the drivers were very kind. As a plus, Lily also followed us up during the trip asking how it was going and if we needed something. She's been very helpful and we felt so comfortable, we didn't have to think or worry about anything. If you're planning a trip to Vietnam, or even Cambodia, Laos, Thailand or Myanmar (also more countries combined) VietnamStay is definitely the way to go!

When my husband and I visited Thailand, Cambodia and North Vietnam, we used the travel agency Vietnam Stay, and our trip designer was Lily. We spent several months planning the trip, and Lily was always available by Whats App phone and text, and by email. She sent us various itineraries to review and worked with us to design a trip that was right for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. Some highlights of the trip were visiting the temples in Bangkok and the ancient temples in Siem Reap, having clothing made up for us in Hoi An (Tuong Tailor was excellent), and a boat trip in Ninh Binh, where we were rowed in a small boat down the Be River, saw limestone mountains, and glided through caves. All of our guides were very helpful and flexible. We particularly enjoyed our guide, Sarnak, in Siem Reap, who was fantastic in every respect.
Unfortunately, we decided to cut our trip short. It was supposed to be over a three-week trip, but we shortened it by a week, due to our health issues. We are older travelers. We had stomach issues despite being careful of what we ate and drank, got the flu, and our asthma flared up due to the air pollution in the cities. Lily was a great support. She checked up on us to see how we were feeling, and she alerted the guides and hotels that we were feeling unwell. After researching travel agencies, I chose VietnamStay, and I couldn’t be happier! They responded quickly to my inquiry and crafted an excellent, tailored itinerary. We just returned from an 18-day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia as a family. Gabriela prepared a complete itinerary and according to what we were asking adapting all the changes we asked in the best possible way. The trip has gone phenomenal, smooth and smooth. Perfect! En Nuestro caso que volvimos en mayo,Nos tramitaron hoteles,guías, chófer, vuelos internos,es decir,todo excepto los vuelos internacionales.Todo en privado y en hoteles casi todos de 4* excepto uno de 5*(Mai Chao)espectacular,lo recomiendo y otro de 3*+ que resultó muy bueno también. Todo unos 5200€ más o menos y aparte vuelos internacionales.
