Such an enjoyable afternoon. I learnt so much about Vietnamese food and cooking techniques. Our brilliant chef Ey was great at explaining everything and gave us such an interesting tour of the market. I feel totally confident to make the dishes at home... Thank you!

Chef Sun is amazing. School provide notes and demonstration. Organise very well. It's fun and without pressure to learn. Highly recommended.

The course starts with a walk around the market nearby. That is an experience in itself, seeing the different kinds of rice, vegetables, fish and similar, and learning about eating in Vietnam. The teacher is very clear in showing how to make each dish, and...More

At USD60 this is an expensive class and although I haven’t done any others in Hanoi this seems like at that price it should be freaking amazing. Lovely guy and great cooking instructions but I found the outcome a little disappointing. Of the 5 dishes...More

Hi, the beverage for the cooking class includes: Hanoi beer, Dalat wine, soft drink and lemon juice. Customers can drink as much as possible while they enjoy the cooking class. Best regards, Thuy
