The emphasis is on seasonal traditional food which both tastes and looks delicious but is simple to prepare and recreate at home. For a warm and fun ambiance, participants cook all together with our Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques. You will use Vietnamese kitchenware to cook and enjoy a tasty 3 courses meal. To end on a sweet touch, we will take care to complete this meal with a delicious seasonal dessert.

We read a few reviews on TA and fancied taking a cooking class. We rocked up to the hotel where this is based at around 11am on the off chance that they would be running a course that day. The receptionist was extremely helpful and...More

I can warmly recommend this mini course. It’s an authentic experience where you get the chance to cook from scratch. To just visit a Vietnamese place, it’s an experience in itself and then eating lunch together it’s like getting a taste of their real lifestyle....More

I thought this was a very fun experience overall, it's like you're learning in the kitchen of someone's house. It's a warm, friendly environment. Everyone is able to actually cook instead of watching the chef make a dish for you like some classes. The food...More
