Excellent all the service we received. They coordinated every aspect of the tour, the hotels were top notch and everything was very punctual and organized. Our advisor was Giulia / Julia Trieu who was always attentive to the whole development of the tour and attended all our calls for the doubts we had, in a very friendly way and without considering the time. Totally recommended agency for an unforgettable trip.

Mia Nguyen is the perfect travel advisor. She booked the halong bay trip for us tow even if it was last minute and we had lots of questions she was there for us like 24/24, and finally she found a nice tour. Highly recommend this service. Really appreciate. And nice 2 day tour in Halong Bay !

This company was outstanding. They booked us a great tour on a beautiful boat with a very comfortable hotel transfer bus. We had to delay our trip due to visa issues, and Hera was incredibly helpful the entire time. She was in constant contact with us, late at night and early in the morning, to not only rebook the tour at a great rate but to also help us sort our visas. I would definitely recommend this company and Hera.

I googled Vietnam and ‘best price travel’ popped up. I read a number of positive reviews and thought….This is either a ‘bot’ and we will be left stranded at the airport or this is all true. I can tell you we were not disappointed. From reaching out via email. Our organiser Kate responded within the half day. 11 days later we were here and honestly, all we have had to think about was being on time for our transportation to each tour/flight. Our itinerary was packed, and organised to perfection. Vietnam is a wonderfully diverse and beautiful country. Super friendly people and guides wherever we went. Would highly recommend.
If like me.. you ‘think’ you want 5star.. consider asking for boutique hotel in both Ho Chi Min and Hanoi. There look to be many nice looking ones dotted around the streets. That said all our accommodation has been excellent.
Also.. this is a very unexpected ‘foodie’ tour. Pace yourselves 😂

I booked our trip with Janet and told her I wanted a clean boat, smaller crowds and a family friendly environment. She suggested Signature Cruise Line and it was right in line with my requests. Smaller boat, no Karaoke, and we cruised Bia Tu Long Bay which was quieter than Halong Bay. The boat was very clean, no bugs, and the food was good. I would definitely recommend Janet and suggest that you be very specific about what type of cruise you want.

The cruise was amazing and the staff excellent and met our every need. The accomodations was clean and luxurious. I highly recommend the Scarlet Pearl to anyone looking for a great time!

While there is nothing more to write about Halong Bay, the site itself is gorgeous and to stay on a cruise for 3 days, it's divine. Do it if you have the time.
About the cruise. The staff were personable, and really polite and accommodating. 5 stars for them! The guides were friendly and informative while the servers (everyone have their own personal servers) were really attentive.
Food, both on cruise as well as at the Viet Hai village, were awesome good. The tours provided were really good too!
The cruise ship is about 5 years old. And while the rooms were large, the condition was not that great, and that's why I deducted one star. The doors to the toilet would not close. In order to close it, you have to lock it from inside. That's fine but it's annoying when I turned on the air con, and the toilet door is ajar. Safe in the cabin also doesn't work.
It's a minor issue, and I understand with the limit of water, but I once woke up in the middle of night at 3am and there was no water supply to flush, or to wash my hands. But this is only a small issue.
Overall, it's a good experience!

There is a lot to see in Vietnam I don’t think you would have the time to see much in 5 days and visiting 3 cities. I like to look around and snoop and see what I can find , run into and enjoy. I guess it would depend on the cities.

Hi, we are doing a 22 day trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. Is it best to take bus or fly from Phnom Pehn to Ho Chi Min City?
Want to take overnight train from Hue to Hanoi,what is the best service to use, want privacy for 2 people only compartment. Does train leave from Hue or Da Nang?
Want to do 2 day Sapa trek and 3 day , 2 night luxury cruise, please advise best option.

1. Bus transfer from Phnom Penh to Saigon take mostly 6 hours or more. It quite hard and long transfer. So in my opinion you should take a flight.
2. From Hue to Hano you can take an overnight train, there is tourist train available for this route so services is better, cabin is cleaner. We can offer you private cabin for 2.
3. Sapa Trekking suitable depend on weather, from Dec to Mar weather quite cold between 5 - 15 degree, sometime small rain & foggy. So you should consider it too.
4. For 2 nights Luxury Cruise you should choose Azalea Cruise which offer 2nights program only, clients dont need transfer to day boat on 2nd day so program is better.

I’m not that picky. I just look for clean, free Wi-Fi and definitely air conditioning if traveling in the summer. Then I go by location of where I might want to be. Sorry I’m not of more help. But you’ll love Vietnam.
