From pickup to drop off we had a great time. Beginning with the local market where the chef explained the ethnic foods to the layout of the class, it was top notch. The size of the group was perfect, the chef and helpers kept the class moving while we were learning. During the class we prepared four dishes and enjoyed... More

Good way to experience the real vietnamese food and its preparation. Had a great time. Pickup and dropoff from our hotel. Enjoyed seeing the food markets and its produce. Chef was professional and entertaining.

This was a real fun stop in HCMC. The class was more instructional than a real cooking glass...but that was ok. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed themselves a lot. I recommend this for couples and families.

Highly recommend this experience. We enjoyed every second and every mouthful of food. Our guide/teacher was delightful from the moment she picked us up at our hotel and took us for a tour of the market to the last divine mouthful of food that we prepared together. We enjoyed getting to know her (Dory) and our new cooking skills.

I am a professional chef and was attracted to this course by the description. Signed up for professional course at 100 usd for three items. One item was pho bo ko including scratch noodles. Decided to make one item 3 small sauces. All three sauces the 'chef' made were garbage. Way too salty or terrible texture. Had to redo and... More

We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the cooking school. We were welcomed and offered refreshments and dry ginger, while we waited for the others to arrive. Once everyone was settled we went upstairs, placed our aprons and caps on and were given instructions on fruit and vegetable carving. Placed to the side it was now time... More

I am very pleased to attend their advance learning course of vietnamese dishes. My instructor is serious in teaching. I like they include the market tour though I hope they can allocated more time on this. I appreciate they didn't cancel the class even I am the only person in attending for the advance course.
