We were so disappointed. We came for a beach holiday and could not swim. Sea was rough, dirty and lots of rubbish. Apparently it is supposed to be nice in February. I guess we were unlucky.

Its an ok beach next to the big road. Its filled with beach chairs, mostly from the big hotels nearby. The sea is usually super wild so no swimming allowed. The water further away is nice and blue. The water near the shore (the waves) is really sandy and browinish. The most comming thing to see is the russian tourist..

This is a most beautiful beach! There are many different areas of beach and you can easily rent a chair for the day. The beach was very close to our hotel so we actually spent a good part of the day at the beach until we could get into our hotel. We went back quick and changed into our swimsuits... More

Obviously you can't miss the beach but it's really good to spend a day there soaking up the sun. Some hotels have places reserved for their clients or you can rent sun beds with umbrellas for a small fee. It's good to go at tea time to see all the Vietnamese and other Asians bring their families for a dip... More

Nice place with great variety of budget price ethnic restaurants. Russians and Chinese tourists in January and February...Europens in March and April. Traffic (scooters) everywhere including sidewalks and doorways...unorganized chaos take your life in your hands. Beach nice but not a swimming beach.

Very busy in parts. Not able to swim due to surf and what I imagine under current. A fair amount of people selling you food etc on the beach . Lots of umbrellas for shade and if needed. Water not clear due to turbulence and not sure how clean. As a lot of rubbish in some bits .Very popular with... More

The Nha Trang Beach is one of the cleanest beaches I've seen in Vietnam. Plenty of space to stroll or just relax on a pay for use sun chair. The surf in this area can be dangerous, high ways and drop offs. But, scuba diving is available in the area, with two shops in town.

And very windy. But your in Nha Trang and it's right on the beach so why not go. It's pretty and it's the ocean. Loved our walk and enjoyed the city a lot.
