We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the Egg mud bath , such great value and such helpful staff .
Even supplying Bathers Towels and complimentary lunch at the cafe such great Service and value for money .
Egg mud baths are so clean and cleansing a great experience .
The gardens and surrounds of the grounds are lovely .
BEWARE the monkey enclosure is distressing and upsetting Monkeys caged in like a prison , one monkey has a chain around its neck . They have nothing to occupy them and a very aggressive due to being locked up like prisoners ...... Distressing to see.
This is such a beautiful tranquil place please either cater for these gorgeous animals in a better surround or FREE them , all visitors were quite disturbed witnessing these caged animals >

The mud bath was good. I loved it. The staff was friendly and value for money. However, be aware of the restaurant. I had a episode of diarrhea after eating at that place. I was reluctant to eat there, but, I did becuse my friend really wanted to try the restaurant. I have eaten street food in HCMC with no issue. I was a bit worried when I saw the restaurant empty, I should have listened to my instincts :(. You know that the food is made fresh if its busy. Also on a side note the waitress who served us could not speak or understand english at all. In a place like this where they get lots of foreigners they should have waitstaff with at least basic level of English. My motorbike taxi driver spoke better English than her. Room for improvement.

Pros:
1. Cheap!!!!!!! (In comparison to other parks in the vicinity - namely vinpearl)

2. Pools - a v shallow pool for toddlers/smaller kids with small slides. Great for families with younger kids. A bigger normal pool no slides. A jacuzzi pool area. Maybe not great for teenagers compared to vinpearl. All these pools heated.

3. Waterfall pool - looked v pretty but a tad too cold - ESP if you have the option to go in the heated pools instead!

4. On site spa - unfortunately didn't get chance to go but great if extended family on holiday with you. Can leave kids with grandparents and go for a nice spa session!

5. Valuables safe keeping - they insist U hand in watches money etc - they wrap it in black plastic bag and tape it and U sign it. Then U need to sign to pick it up and they give u scissors to cut it all back out. Can be annoying to keep putting back in when U need some cash but definitely make use of it (see cons list for lockers)

6. Fairly empty - compared to vinpearl. We initially thought we had the whole park to ourselves. More people eventually came but still plenty of sun loungers and space in the pool. Not crowded at all, much more pleasant!

7. Staff - generally v helpful. Guiding us to the right place, advising how to purchase tickets (U have to see what is on offer and choose between group mud baths or private ones, mineral bath options etc). But then they have buy the correct ticket - which is best to let them help with. So many combinations with freebies depending on what you choose - maybe it's clearer if you can read Vietnamese. We wanted individual egg for mud bath, access to mineral pools and to see the rest of the park attractions, the latter 2 came free on purchasing just the mud bath. I didn't know this until the staff informed me.

8. Geographically close - only 10 mins from Novotel hotel. Cost 120k vnd by taxi. Probably could have gotten there for less but we took the taxi from the hotel. (Hotel staff estimated it would take 30 mins and cost 400k vnd - which almost put us off)

9. Massive place - can't do it in one day. Lucky it's relatively cheap - as I would have just visited again if it wasn't for us running out of time. We got there about midday and managed to do an egg mud bath and hang out in the pools only. Didn't get to see the rest of the attraction. No time!

10. Taxis - plenty waiting outside at the end of the day. Was an initial concern for us as its kinda in the middle of nowhere.

Cons:
1. Changing rooms are ok but they use v dim lights - decorative straw lightshades. Hard to see when showering and getting changed when leaving in late afternoon.

2. Food - pricey and nothing special. Can't go to the restaurant in swimwear so we only sampled the bar food - skewers chicken wings hot dogs etc.

3. Lockers - in the changing rooms - I saw a staff member on numerous occasions opening all the lockers and closing/locking them again. Doing checks I guess but also can see why they have a valuables safe keeping service at reception.....

4. Towels - 10k vnd per towel. Which is not too bad - but they get wet quick and you have to pay for replacement - can't just swap for a dry one. Probably actually quite a normal service and we are just used to having the ability to swap when in our hotel.

Boring and in the middle of nowhere. You need a cut lunch to get there. Overall layout boring and pathetic. Promises much...delivers little.

We recommend the 250,000 vnd group mud bath package! I went here with 4 friends and for the money we got to sit together in a mud bath and then use of the entire swimming pool/jacuzzi complex.

I wasn't sure what to expect, I thought it would be a bit tacky but the venue is enormous and nicely decorated. The mud baths themselves were really nice, the mud is really warm and pleasant.

After 20/30 mins in the mud bath (which is enough) you're asked to shower thoroughly before being able to use the rest of the resort. There's a large swimming pool, large jacuzzi, artificial waterfall to sit under, bar, restaurant, sun loungers.

They're also really careful with the valuables, they'll take them and wrap them up and put them in a safe and then you have to give the receipt and match a signature to get them back.

Overall we had a great relaxing afternoon here and I would recommend it whilst you're in Nha Trang. It was a relatively quiet afternoon at the resort so perhaps that was a reason why it was so relaxing but still it's a novel experience that's not to be missed if you've never been in a mud bath before.

Been here for the second time in the last 2 years. The place still the same today, and the mud egg bath is a must for relaxing. They provide free swimming tog and towel (in order to avoid to stain your own).
Swimming pool is also great as generally is not that busy so the final way to chill after the mud's bath.

My wife and I spent an INCREDIBLE day at this lovely spa. It is like nothing I have ever experienced and was an incredible value for the money too. Make sure to set aside an afternoon to really enjoy all they have to offer. We bought the package that included lunch, mud baths, swimming pools, hot and dry saunas, jacuzzi, etc. It was like $20-$25 per person for ALL of that (great value!). It is so much fun. You start by going into the locker room and changing into your swim clothing. Then the staff will lead you along and tell you where to go next, and so on, as you progress through the different stage and areas (from mud baths, to rinse off stations, wet and dry saunas, etc.). It is a lot of fun and very nice for couples or groups of people who want to spend an afternoon of relaxation together. They have EXCELLENT security for your possessions, and we had no problem at all storing our wedding rings and watches, so we could enjoy the spa and not worry about our things. It is very professionally operated and clean. I can't recommend this enough. I look forward to returning next time we visit NhaTrang.

I loved my time here, had loads of fun great setting nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Now after you book in get a key stash your clothes in a locker and start the journey. I was lucky enough to have befriended 2 Vietnamese couples in Nha Trang. This was a great help here and they guided me through the process. Now I liked this so much I will not go into details of the place it's best experienced going in cold with no idea what your getting yourself into. I will say my skin loved it.

We went here during the bank holidays and the place was quite packed. the staff didn't explain to us the difference between all the packages so we chose the group one. However, as the place was busy, they separated our group to fit in smaller tube. The staff was cold and ignorant. We were not impressed at all

I enjoyed my day here, it was really relaxing and a good way to spend an extra day in Nha Trang. The mud bath was fun but I didn't feel it benefited my skin in anyway, but I really only went for the novelty egg factor anyway. The pools and jacuzzi are nice, especially if you aren't staying in a hotel with a pool. I enjoyed the restaurant, every dish incorporates egg in some way and if you like eggnog this is the place for you!

Tips if you decide to go:
This place has a large area of land where you can walk through with an array of egg themed statues, a rock garden, bird aviaries etc. My suggestion if you want to make a day of this park is to go in the morning and walk around the grounds getting some photos in before heading to the mud baths. I wanted to take photos of my friend and myself in the mud baths so we double plastic bagged our camera (and the rest of our valuables), before you can go into the mud bath they make you take an outdoor shower so I put my bagged camera on the retaining wall and kept a sharp eye on it, you then walk up to an egg and a staff member fills it up with mud. We got the camera out and took turns in taking photos, remember if you need to take a photo of someone not to get your hands muddy as a couple who went before us got their camera pretty dirty. Once you are done taking photos double bag the camera again and keep it in sight at all times (you can never be too carful) we just placed it in front of the egg, others hung their bags from branches in front of their egg.
I brought my hotel towel to use but it got really muddy so I wish I had hired one there. I would also suggest that if you are taking a taxi back to your hotel have a figure in mind that you want to pay as when I left the park there were only questionable taxis waiting (not Vinasun or Mailin). When I arrived at the park I asked a staff member how much a taxi should be back to my hotel, and I told the driver I would pay that much (plus a tip) but he insisted on using his meter but only after I started walking away he agreed not to use his most likely jacked up meter.
