Dam market is building but still working.
And right, The Pagoda and Po Nagar temples are about 1km each side of the Dam Market. Po Nagar need the ticket for entrance.

YES but the crowds are already here and the trains and planes are Full ! If you have not already made your travel arrangements then you are not coming to Nha Trang and your question becomes superfluous !
