Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Small mall with 3 levels. There’s a steamboat Hao Di Lao that operates till 2am, a Hokkaido ramen (opening soon) and a buffet restaurant in level 3. Starbucks, Texas chicken and KFC on level 1. Small arcade on level 3. Not much stuff, old and nothing to buy. There’s another newer mall right behind called Goldcoast which offered more newer stuff like Crocs, Lotte mart, Converse.

Aggressive security staff at the supermarket, tried to take my handbag and my partners shoulder bag away - how dare they touch us or our bags! Treated us like common thieves. Will not go back again because of it.

My husband and two sons just returned from a visit to the cinema to see the new han solo film. He was sold 3 adult tickets (sons are 6 and 9) but didn't argue as they wanted to see the film. Bought drinks and popcorn. Got to the door of the cinema and waited 15 mins for cleaning. Was then refused entry to the film and told the boys were too young to see it. He asked for his money back and was laughed at by staff who spoke to each other in vietnamese and laughed at my husband. They refused his money back and when he asked to see the manager he was told 'manager bullsh**'. In front of my two young sons. Fuming doesn't even begin to cover it. The manager apparently cowered in his office refusing to come out and speak to my husband while the staff continued to laugh at him. Whatever you do, do not visit this cinema. Customer service is non existent staff are rude and offensive and it has ruined our day. I do not expect to receive any response from management on this forum however posting this review is the best way to complain when faced with staff like that.

I have been in Vietnam for almost 5 months and loving every day of it until I , unfortunately, reached Nha Trang city which is by far the most unpleasant place that I have been to in this beautiful country (never been to Hanoi !)
Apart from the least hospitable people i have come across in Vn ( in markets , restaurants ushers, hotel receptionists, grab drivers and the list goes on) Nha Trang is under constant assault by bus and truck drivers swarming the roads , boasting their severe monstrous horns like madmen. Needless to mention the 360 degrees on going construction sites
After one week , my mobile , credits cards & 150 USD were stolen on the beach on one go (after turning my back on my bag for 30 seconds !!). Of course , the police could not do anything
Tourism is the only industry with some poor services at exuberant prices - Nha Trang city can be more expensive than Saigon . The mid level hotels are below average , and many don’t have laundry services. However , at one hotel, where they offered Laundry, my only expensive shirt did not return and the hotel compensated 50 % of its value . Advise : Don’t send your expensive garment to a laundry in Nha Trang !
The Main beach is rather lovely and the view is beautiful but some parts are dirty . The Shopping is Ok but most tourists activities are overrated - I did not bother to venture onto Vinpearl .
Overall I give Nha Trang 2 out of 10 (in my opinion It can even be worse than Pattaya , Thailand )
If you have extra time in Vietnam, don’t go there . Vietnam offers spectacular better places than this absurd, unfriendly and noise -populated city

A mishmash of products randomly placed throughout the floors, no real concept to their design. You can walk amongst it all and either get totally ignored by staff or followed (to the point that my partner walked around in circles just for the amusement).
If you go to the supermarket you have to surrender your bag's so carry your wallets and when inside products are locked behind glass cabinets anyway.
Kinda pointless.
Wouldn't bother wasting time here.

My family have visited the Nha Trang Center for the cinema, coffee and condotel search.
Cinema-Comfortable, very inexpensive, noisy with kids even with the 10p movies.
Coffee-Goat Cafe, no good. Slow service.
Fast food- lots of choices - cheap prices & taste.
Condotel- pretty good prices. On Trân Phu, 2nd choice to the The Costa. Turnoff by the volume of people....Excuse Me is not in the vocabulary of this class of customer. ...mainly local and Chinese customers.

Definitely not a place for shopping as you can find great deals at local stores throughout the city. However, we had a rainy day and decided to walk here, browse around Aeon supermarket, check out the food court, had a coffee...and they have a cinema, karaoke, etc... If you have a beautiful day outside don’t spent your time here, but if you get a rainy day is definitely worth a visit.

This place Nha trang plaza has a super market where you can buy general everyday items. I also found here rip of brand items at very cheap prices. I ended up buying all up 6 pairs of shoes for my whole family saving hundred and you couldn't tell they are rip offs. There is a food court upstairs everything is very cheap to eat. Theres a kids play zone. You can buy amazingly cheap souvenirs here. Cheap alcohol it has everything you need. Try this wine from Aeon $12aud amazing wine. I bought 2 x bottles to take home

Great place to shop and see a movie, the food court is ok but nothing to write home about, however, the view of the beach is awesome. We shopped there several times including the market on the third floor, luwaki coffee is everywhere, but beware most luwaki coffee in Vietnam is fake

Hi everyone,
Stopping in Nha Trang on a cruise, can you find a good range of souvenirs here ?
Thank you.
Written 11 November 2019
Yes,but the price is a bit higher though fixed price,or you can go to the night market,a lot of choices, but have to bargain with the hawkers.

Can I buy a watch at the centre
Written 27 February 2016
I'm sure that you can buy a watch there as it's a shopping complex with different department stores that retails fashion, beauty, homewares, grocery, etc...
