I came from Tbilisi to Yerevan by a van and the scenery is stunning I flipped out seeing Mt Ararat looming over the city in the distance as it was such a clear day So stunning . Alas one does not always get those clear...More

the time we went there with my husband, it was so cool, winter and snowy. It was so nice to see the caucasian mountains. We enjoyed it a lot.

We traveled around armenia for a week and the best thing about those hours on the road was looking out the window and seeing these amazing mountains ! Aragats is very beautiful and mountains ar visible from everyside of the country !

Scenic snow capped peaks and deep ravines with or without vegetation is a sight to behold. The recommended seasons are spring for greenery and flowers and autumn for colourful foliage.

You should go by car, ask in Yerevan for transport. You can find good hotels in Yerevan. You can go peacefully to nagorno Karabach if you want.
