Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Moscow Cinema, Yerevan, Armenia: The oldest cinema in Armenia, is the Moscow Cinema, grandmother of al things Soviet in the city. A beautiful fountain sits in front of it - with curious Uratian pieces. It’s quite a sight to behold. #eatstylishtravelstylish

After walking to Moscow Cinema, a few months ago, to see the Tupac documentary, I was disappointed to learn that the screening was in Russian. OK — that was my bad. For the film Super Mama 2, I picked a screening in Armenian and just went for it. I had a wonderful time! Even for those not willing to see a movie, the Moscow Cinema location is a great place to visit. Children will enjoy playing with the oversized chess set out front. Adults will enjoy the architecture, nearby restaurants, and cafes. For those who do venture inside, you will never again find a large bag of popcorn at that price! Score!!!

It is in the center of city, but it needs some renovation. I prefer other cinemas, but the location of this one is really good.

Moscow Cinema is the oldest cinema in the heart of Yerevan. It was built in 1936. The building's construction is fully consistent with the principles of the architecture style of 20th century. Preserving the history of decades and beautiful traditions, the cinema is always in progressive stage. Now Cinema has four halls. The halls are equipped with modern technics. In parallel with film screenings "Moscow" cinema organizes various events and festivals, different exhibitions are organized in the waiting hall of the cinema.
