- Milind ShahAhmedabad, India2,020 contributionsExcellent CollectionOne of the prominent places of interest in Baku, especially for book lovers. The museum is in the Old city of Baku, and you generally need to walk through the old city to reach there. The museum has free entry and houses almost 2913 miniature books from around the world. The place has a great aura, and one should surely take some time to visit it. The museum remains open from 11 am and is open until 5 pm.Visited May 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 30 May 2024
- Coryy20Port of Spain, Trinidad6,366 contributionsSimply amazing...one of a kindI was so happy I went to this Tiny Book Museum. It was truly amazing to see books so tiny. It holds the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of the tiniest books workdwide. The Musem has books as small as your fingernails and all are published books. It is very amazing. There is also no entry fee but there's a donation box, so you can make a donation when you're leaving, totally up to you. It is truly an amazing place to visit.Visited November 2023Travelled soloWritten 22 June 2024

This is quite a small museum , for very smalls little books. It is located inside the walls of the old city of Baku, on the top of the hill. Miniature books from all over the world and many languages presented, some at a size of half on your finger's nail.

A private collection of miniature books collected over number of years.
The dedication and the display done by the owner is credible. The entry is free and if you’re already in the old city, it’s worth glancing through.

It's nice place, small, doesn't need much time to check it out, u may need 20 - 30 mins max, easy to find in the old town, nit a big deal about it unless it's the only museum in the world for miniature book, so mainly just to say I been there and it's unique.

While strolling through the Old City we happened upon this unique, little museum. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful person who assisted us in finding English books. If in the area it is worth popping in for a few minutes.

Get ready to feel like Alice in Wonderland as you walk into this miniature museum. This adventure takes about five minutes to view. It’s on a cute cobblestone alley in the old city. Books are from around the world and are displayed neatly in glass cases. A nice place to visit!

No; but the lady who sits there expects visitors to make a donation or purchase some samples perhaps.
Don't worry, everyone feels guilty walking in without any tickets to be purchased on entrance.
