In March 2025, during Ramadan, traveled for two weeks through Bangladesh. Together with the very dedicated guide Afridi and the very skilled driver Zia we visited Dhaka, Subdarban, Sreemangal and Bandarban. The tour was well organized. Guide Afridi speaks very good English, is punctual, knows a lot about the country, you can ask him any questions and is caring; you could not ask for a better guide. Driver Zia drives very nicely and has driven us safely everywhere; and that in the hectic traffic of Bangladesh. If you are looking for an organized tour in Bangladesh (day trip or several days), I highly recommend Bangladesh Eco Adventure, and especially guide Afridi and driver Zia. I don't think you can get any better than that.

My stay in Bangladesh was a superb experience: we traveled across a large part of the country, by car, boat, plane, discovered the bustle of the big cities, the beauty of the countryside; the ancient monuments are often superb. The Bengalis are particularly friendly people and lend themselves to photos with great sympathy.
this trip would not have been perfect without logistics and support led by Afridi: he was our guide throughout the stay; his suggestions, his perpetual good humor made this stay very pleasant and I felt perfectly safe: I recommend him for his professionalism, his culture of the country and seriousness whatever the circumstances.
Thanks also to Shihab for his help and ensuring our support and safety.
I would go with them again without hesitation!

I'm a travel advisor so I work with a lot of guides and tour agencies and Bangladesh Eco Adventure is definitely a well-run operation.

It started with an email exchange with the owner, Mahadi, who worked with me to build a 3-day custom itinerary. He made several revisions until I was satisfied as I didn't have a lot of time and wanted to maximize every minute in Bangladesh.

Mr. Jery my guide was excellent. We were never in a rush and we were able to go off script and explore something not on the plan. The driver was very calm and confident on these difficult roads. Most importantly everyone was safe and I had a lot of fun along the journey.

When I was researching tours in Dhaka, I had a feeling this tour was going to be a winner as it seemed that it was going to really allow me to "feel" the city and experience how people live real life here. Wow - was I right. This tour was one of the most amazing tours I have ever been on. Mahadi, who designed this type of tour, took me everywhere!. He places a lot of value on really seeing how life is lived in Dhaka. So, with that, he and I set off in rickshaws and visited early morning food and tool markets, flower markets, ship repair yards, mosques, schools, hindu zones, local restaurants, and memorials that showcased significant events in Bangladesh's history. I learned so much about the different jobs and ways of life in this densely populated city. I would never have seen this on my own. Mahadi and I were able to discuss so many things as we went along which contributed greatly to my understanding of Bangladesh and its people. I really valued our discussions alot. In summary, this was simply an outstanding day for me and through this experience I feel that I made huge progress in achieving what I came to Bangladesh for - to gain some understanding of the diversity, culture and way of life here. Huge thank you to Mahadi and Bangladesh ECO Adventure for this day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone adventurous looking for the same.

We traveled from Dhaka to Sreemangal with Mahadi for a short 2 night trip. We were 6 adults and one child.

The trip was thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs and interests of the group. We were able to do a lot in a short amount of time including visiting a batik workshop, rice harvesting, tea plantations, a nature hike, and boat ride at a wetlands bird and fish sanctuary.

A highlight was visiting an indigenous community who harvest betel leaves inside a national forest reserve. Their lush, hilltop village was teeming with a variety of flowers and a plethora of butterfly species. It was amazing!

Mahadi and his team of guides are friendly, knowledgeable, organized and ethically oriented. I highly recommend organizing any travel in Bangladesh through them.

It was simply fantastic!
The local guide team (main guide Afridi , second guide Soheil, bus and luggage driver) took very well care of our group of 13 participants.
The programme was executed completely and we visited Dhaka, Sonargoan, Sunderbans, Barisal and Sreemangal, and 2 Hindu festivals.
Amazing experience in a country so different from Belgium.
We will never forget :-)

The initial reason as to why i decided to buy a solo plane ticket to Bangladesh and travel the country with Eco Adventure for 12 days would be best described as a calling. I could not have made a better decision on where to go, on when to go, and whom to go with. Afridi, my main guide, can be best described by myself as a brilliant son of Bangladesh! He introduced me to a beautiful nation filled with loving people where the ecosystem is built on caring for one another. Gentle soul after gentle soul I met. I shook their hands. Looked into their kind eyes. I may have gone alone, but I was never alone. I touched down on the tarmac in Dhaka and from that point on I was in the paradise of that Bangladesh ecosystem. I felt it in my heart. It was a traveler’s dream. The things I saw and the moments I experienced I will surely carry with me for the rest of my life.

Wonderful trip in a beautiful country. Our super guide Afredi, for whom no effort was too much, let us experience the local life. This, together with the enthusiasm, care and flexibility of Afredi and his assistant Soheil, have made for an unforgettable journey. And not to forget, kudos to our driver in the chaotic city traffic.

A special tour in Bangladesh made possible under the expert guidance of Afridi and his assistants. A guide who knows everyone in the group by name had never happened to me before.
A beautiful country with very welcomed people.
We got an exciting and varied program. We visited beautiful locations and could enjoy a nice local cuisine.
Unforgettable! This tastes like more.

Just back from a 14-day beautiful tour through Bangladesh with Beyond Borders (Belgium) and Bangladesh Eco Adventure. Wonderful. There is a full program. Seen a lot of the country. Mahadi and Jerry (Bangladesh Eco Adventure) did everything they could to show us as much as possible of this beautiful country. We visited Dakha, Sonargoan, Sreemangal,Lawachara Nat Park,Mongla,Barisal, Chiattagong, Sundarban Forest 3 day cruise. Often very adventurous. Getting around with comfortable bus, boat and train. Lots of local markets, contacts with locals. Good hotels, good food. One of our top trips among the many trips we have already made all over the world
