It is a good park to walk around, there are paths behind the park that are for the more adventurous and it is great that it is so close to the city. The facilities are falling apart, the playgrounds are not well kept and the climbing wall is no longer used, there are fences that are falling down. There are... More

The car park entrance is just off Jalan Tasek opposite Maktab SOAS. Best to visit early in the morning or late afternoon. Lots of locals walking and running on the paths and trails. The entrance has a proper wide road which you can walk to the waterfall (1km). There is a road (uphill) to the right just before the waterfall... More

- good to visit early in the morning, or late in the afternoon when it is not too hot - good place for jogging / hiking - quite a walk from the main road, so it's a bit of a challenge when you are just relying on public transportation - you may want to bring drinking water, although there are... Great park for everyone! Easy to walk to the waterfall or use some of the gym equipment - even for children. One trail is going to the artifitial lake on the hill - there is a viewing tower but closed at my visit. There are other trails but quite long for a hot day.... The best thing is that it... More

there are tracks for jogger. Simple one was to follow the asphalt road to go around. but if you wanted to do long walk take the soil track. it leads you to the hill, trough the jungle. make sure to bring some drinking water and leave nothing but foot prints.

A good hike will always burn off those holiday calories, a very enjoyable outing with plenty of people on the tracks

Had a great time bonding with my extended family as we hike Bukit Sarang Semut. Wanted to try the higher trail of Sarang Helang but decided not to since we have children with us. Trail is equipped with ropes to assist hikers. Chairs, exercise equipments, small pool to relax and playground area for kids are available. Very clean washroom!

The park officially close at 6:00PM so come here well before that. Some goers may stay till later but because it gets dark after 6:00PM, it is safer to be back at the entrance when there is still light. You may find yourself contented with the choices of natural outdoor activities and if lucky the rock climbing wall may be... More
