This market is popular with tourist. I find the prices just for tourist. A little expensive. some outrageously expensive. Bargain and cut more than 50% or anything you are willing to pay.

I went to Central market during khmer new year and many stalls were closed. People sells shirts, cloths, goodies, foods, arts items and souvenirs. It is good place to spend some money as in this market they got all the touristy things to buy.

If you fancy to buy a fake yet stylish watch or Replica of luxury accessories. This is the best place to be. It's alot smaller than the Russian Market with less variety but equally charming. Take a chance...try whatever that's cooking. We don't know what we were served (as proprietors had limited command of English) but whatever it was, it was good.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent location on the waterfront. All you need just a stroll away. Restaurants, bars, travel agents, boat rides. Very friendly and helpful staff. Little swimming pool on the rooftop with excellent views. Room was clean and service was very good.

This was a normal markets in Asia, but the people were very friendly and the bargain were very good. It does have a slight smell about the building, but well worth a visit

If you're after T-shirts, baggy trousers, sarongs, scarves, woven placemats, decorated purses, wooden sculptures, this is the place for you. The market is a hive of activity, with places to eat and can be quite stifling during the heat of the day so a fan of some description comes in handy. Always haggle and barter, even walk away so you... More

The building is quite cool which is a plus. Then there are hundreds of vendors selling the same things and you can see everything is fake. IT, watches, jewelry, gemstones etc. They were selling green stone bracelets for 20 $ (starting bid) and tried to say it was jade stone. Sorry, but you don't sell a huge piece of jade... More
