Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You don't have to be interested in philately to pay a visit to this wonder. If you are out walking in the French town, this ought to grab your attention. What I really loved is that the post office does have a separate philately wing for collectors. While you can find a lot of stamps out in the hundreds of souvenir shops across the city, here you will be spoilt for choice. We spent about an hour choosing from the tray full of themed stamps and postcards.

I lived in Phnom Penh for 15 years and rented a P O Box here ($15). You can send packages by express mail. The building has been.restored and renovated. It is across from the shabby hotel featured in the Matt Dillon film "City of Ghosts". Colorful stamps on view and for sale to collectors.

I needed to fax something to the American government. Many places that advertised fax services said theirs was broken or they didn't understand me. A kind lady said go to the Post Office, I did, 2 pages for $3, great deal quickly and politely done! When you enter the main door, turn right, go down to the end of the next room, turn left, there is a PO Box counter, and the next counter is the FAX counter. The signs are a bit confusing (to me) and there was no one there, but someone showed up in less than 2 minutes, and I was done!! Great deal.

Wonderful architecture. Busy building full of tourists, but also a place to buy cards stamps etc. Also able to make a reasonably cheap international call.

I was rather unimpressed with the post office and the poor service and they make you feel like you are not welcome if you are a white person and are not local. The service is poor and the building is unimpressive and you wouldn't miss anything by not visiting here

The Post office requires only a quick visit but is interesting to observe from the inside as there are many unique features.

The huge Post Office is a focal point of the French Quarter situated amongst leafy trees and beautiful French styled buildings with boutique style shops. Walking distance from the Mekong River.

The building looks great. Its architecture is colonial and is relatively well preserved. The service though is poor. Make sure you receive shipments, broken down in small parcels, bc they will tax you even when you ship personal used stuff (your own belongings). The import duty ranges from 25% - 50% and they won't give you a receipt. We waited for 3 hrs to get the receipt and they kept avoiding us... When they cannot show you why it should be taxed, they show you the weight, ie they tax you based on weight, not on import duty code.

The post office is well organized with an info counter. Staff speak English as well and are very friendly. Bought postcards and stamps at an affordable price.

My daughter has mailed me two letters and they never made it here.
A friend told me 95% of small letters never make it here? Why? come on Cambodia step up and be a real post office.

Excuse me, my uncle has sent me a book from Philadelphia since November 24, 2017. My uncle did not write down my address and my phone number, but he did write down the RUPP address. Recently, I still haven’t received any information from Cambodia Post Office yet. And I think it is long enough to arrive. My question is: Could you tell me if I can check for my item through the receipt sent by my uncle? Thank you!
