It is one of the important places for Kazakh folks. Worldly-wise person will find nothing there if he knows nothing about Kazakh's history. My personal opinion it should be seen. My score A for value not for architectural work.

A major conference center that is well utilized to bring religions and faiths closer. It looks very Masonic which is a disadvantage. The your guide was very informative and professional.

Quite interesting construction and idea behind. Loved the way the elevator goes from one side to another, and the flora on top was quite impressive.
