Nice to visit but It will be great if there are more shop selling something can find only in Laos. There are plenty of shops selling fashion clothing, shoes or bags but very limited place to buy local traditional goods and souvenirs

This is an ok market, that will keep you busy for all of ten minutes. If the repetitive stores or the being accosted by the owners to buy something doesn’t bother you, then maybe 11 minutes.

Good if you want to explore a little local culture but expensive compared to Thailand’s markets & very poor quality. If you want to buy fabric or local dresses this is a good place to go.

This is a usual Asian market with lots of stuff. There is also a place to have a coffee. It’s a nice time away from the sun. Shopping Mall is next to the market.

Took a tuk-tuk there in the morning. We had expected to see more fresh items on sale. There was quite a small area selling food, fresh and cooked as well as alive. Still a good place to browse around and mingle with the locals.
