Despite previous reviews, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was also given green tea on arrival. The products are not cheap, but they make lovely gifts to take home. They also gift wrap everything for free. It looks very nice.

Bought some beautiful products from here, and went back to buy more. Didn't notice the staff because I was too busy smelling all the delights! I love locally handmade items especially when a soy candle in Australia can be $40 to $60 plus knowing that...More

This gallery/shop had a lovely write-up in the Laos Airlines inflight magazine (I love this magazine!). I have been there a couple of times to buy the Les Artisans Lao products stocked here. These products are stocked elsewhere in Vientiane (e.g. Home Ideals), and are...More

While most of the socially-conscious shops here offer cloth handicrafts, this shop takes a different tack. There are organic teas, bath products, pens, posters, mirrors and other items that you don't see elsewhere. The people who've made these items have been given an opportunity to...More

This shop has an interesting range of soaps and toiletries in tropical scents. Somewhat high-priced, but I've purchased nice gifts here. I've also recommended the shop to guests visiting Vientiane. A fortnight ago, I took some guests there, and we encountered such unprovoked rudeness from...More

Situated at the back entrance of Wat Inpeng, this shop-gallery is always nice to look around if you're looking for small souvenirs like perfume oil, soap, luffa or else.

A store selling specialty soaps, insect repellent, creams, candles, massage oils and fragrances packaged under Les Artisans Lao. Quality is good and price on the high side. A nice place to shop for locally produced products.

Nothing special. Way too pricey! And the staff sits lazy on their chairs! Skip this one! You better spend your kips elsewere!

Great space with an interesting selection of goods. Friendly staff who give you time to look around without hounding you. Bought a painting and look forward to framing it.
