Nothing special, new monument to highlight the architectural history of Vientiane. If you are around you can go for a quick look, otherwise doesn't worth going there.

This is an impressive, but small temple, that holds just one chamber, rather than a crop of buildings. It's well worth seeing, but won't take you long and photography is allowed inside, although of course, shoes are not.

Notice this beautiful structure beside road side. It was 6:30am. So not sure it's open or not. But still a beautiful building to enjoy.

It was a fancy and alluring temple from outside, but it was closed. Impressive roofing to implies its shelter very important object. However, when I was there, a man informed me that it was closed, but will open during celebration or holidays. I just wondering...More

This large and impressive building is part of a large temple complex in active use, and of less historical interest than the older sites out in the country.

As the old city pillar of VTE is in opposite Wat Si Muang temple, this one was beautifully built a few years ago.

I would say that the best thing about this site is how striking it is when you approach it. It's built on a weird angle compared to the street, and it's very fancy on the outside. We didn't go inside, but we did peek through...More

This shrine with beautiful roofing and architecture is popular for wedding photography. Located in the city centre, it is worth a visit if in the area.

This shrine is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of arts and history behind this shrine. There are many locals who come here to have their wedding pictures taken. It is located quite near to the city centre. Worth to take a look at it.

This temple building doesn't stand out as amazing. Some nice roof art is about all really unless you just love temples I wouldn't go out of my way to see it.
