Pretty enough temple found close to the river. Very calming to walk around. Bright and cheery compared to other temples around Vientiane.

Traditional Lao style temple (Wat) near the city's tourist area, take a quick stroll around the grounds before or after a meal at the area's many eateries.

Wat Inpeng always has been my favourite one in the centre, once for the beautiful roofs and also for the peaceful atmosphere inside, even though you're in the middle of town.

We visited Wat Inpeng on a Sunday when most things in Vientiane are closed. Like all temples, it is beautifully constructed and decorated, and seeing the monks about their daily work always makes temples more interesting, and more real.

We made a short visit to this beautiful temple. A working temple, it is quiet and peaceful receiving few visitors.

Comparing to other wats I have seen, this one is not near one of the temples I want to go back there again.

While walking around to see some temples it is worth to go inside. A quiet place, colourful murals, some extra statues outside. Garden is small, clean. No entrance fee. We stayed about 15 minutes.

We stayed right across the street from this temple. Beautiful. This is a working temple and Monks live here. You don't need to spend a lot of time here.
