We’ve lived in Mongolia almost 20 years. This is where we always take guests who are staying less than a week. It’s an hour or so drive from UB, National Park in a beautiful river valley. There are lots of places to eat or spend...More

We visited the national park with Mongolia Short Tours and stayed overnight with a nomadic family in a ger. The place is just stunning. So peaceful at times and it really wonderful to see the roaming cattle and galloping packs of horses. Absolutely stunning place.

It's not far from Ulaan Baatar, so if possible, go to this place, and try the horse ride. It was fantastic experience.

I booked a tour through Viator. I was on a tight window so I found a trip that fit my timeline. It was good, you will love it.
