Clean facility with easy access. Dr Chathuri Mihirani is an excellent, very knowledgeable Dr. Her diagnostic abilities and treatment are exceptional. I had constant knee pain, after the 2nd treatment the pain completely vanished and still I continued visiting for another 3 sessions. Reasonably priced. The Technician was also good. Owner is polite and accommodation. Strongly recommend this Dr and the facility to anyone interested in Ayurvedic treatment. I'm from Canada.

I attended on 7th Feb 2020 and opted for a 40 min massage and 30 min oil treatment on the forehead. The oil treatment was amazing, a type of meditation in total quiet in which I found myself zoned out into total peace. The massage was a great ending to a great visit.

Apart from the ambiance and the excellent and relaxing attentions of a thoroughly professional massage therapist...I had the good fortune to be advised and have my treatment directed by a charming and highly knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor.

I had a wonderful experience - the spa is very clean and relaxing. The staff made mad eme feel very comfortable. The consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor before the treatment was also very helpful. I got to walk away with more tips on how to take care of myself.

A profuse travel schedule and too many nights exiled in strange beds and on alien pillows had me in need of elaborate pampering. ExSerendip appeared to be exactly what was required from the traveller's descriptions, and since I love a good walk to really experience a city, I set off on foot in Colombo. Harder in practice than it looked on Google Maps. Do take transportation, even if it only seems to be minutes away by walking.
Upon arrival, I immediately sensed that my overly ambitious quest through and over busy streets was worth it. The calm, dimly lit atmosphere enveloped me like a protective womb and the ayurvedic questionnaire and consultation thoroughly impressed me. The tailored prescribed treatment has me feeling my best in months, even after more than a week since my visit. It is vital to continue following the dosha balancing prescriptions in the medical certificate for the effects to last. This detailed document is provided as a part of the service.
My experience consisted of Vashpasweada, Padhaabyanga, Shiro Abyanga, Shirodhara, Sharira Abyanga, that translates into several hours of total bliss in expert hands.
ExSerendip will be a priority on my next and every visit to Sri Lanka.

Nice, calm and peaceful place to treat yourself well. Before the massage I had a consultation with ayurveda doctor, who explained me the philisophy of ayurveda and my body condition. At the end I also got some tips how to eat and live to feel well in relation to my personal conditions. I had ExSerendib Exclusive 1 option and it was a great choice after long flights to relax. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful, starting from the lovely doctor, to calm and smiling lady massaging me and to reception man who helped me to catch a taxi back to my hotel in a heavy rain.

We weren’t really sure what to expect from the Ayurveda therapy but we loved it. The spa was so clean and comfortable. The staff were informative, attentive and friendly. I had the B3 treatment. The food massage and body massage were great. Good quality oils used and in large quantities. The Shiro Dhara was the best experience for me. The oil pouring into your forehead was so relaxing. I think I nearly fell asleep. A great experience and highly recommended. Worth the money and the doctor consultation and certificate was interesting as it recommended things to avoid and get more of in your life to achieve balance.

Great place to visit upon arrival to Colombo after a long flight,
very polite & friendly staff. The massage was relaxing & it was lovely to meet the doctor, they sent me away with some helpful notes.

Wonderful staff , professional service ,Excellent therapists !! Calm and quiet place . They were all ready to welcome me on my arrival . Doctor's consultation was very helpful . Everything was very good !!the therapist who massaged me knew what he was doing !!! Very relaxing !!! I almost fell asleep !!!
