We had a great time with Indika, he showed us authentic and beautiful places around Sri Lanka for almost a week. He is always careful and in a good mood. I can only recommend! Very Professional Service.

Very interesting tour in a lovely city. Our driver / guide was knowledgeable and gave us a good overview of the different parts of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend it.

My husband found out about Yatours while planning our surprise honeymoon tour of Sri Lanka. He tells me they were absolutely excellent during the organisation stage, and showed great flexibility. The choice of hotels was likewise excellent and we loved every moment of our trip.
Our driver, Kasun, met us at their airport with lovely welcome flower chains. He was absolutely great - very good communication, impeccable driving even on quite tough roads and despite the manic driving behaviour of everybody around him. I am oversensitive when it comes to driving and still felt very safe with Kasun at the wheel. The descent from Horton Plains, with tens of overloaded buses trying to climb up an impossible road at the same time as we were trying to get down was quite memorable - well done Kasun! Another thing we liked was Kasun's love for animals and remarkable ability in spotting them. On our second day, we stopped for lunch in a restaurant on the way from Negombo to Habarana which was not very good - quite clearly aimed at tourists and overpriced for the quality. After that, we mentioned to Kasun that we would prefer to eat in more authentic places and on subsequent days he took us to a range of small, family-run rice and curry restaurants, where we had the most delicious food at incredible prices. Thank you very much Kasun!
In sum, we would thoroughly recommend Yatours - we wouldn't have been able to afford such a long holiday with a UK based tour operator. Great price and excellent service!

Found Yatours office while exploring on our first day in Columbo. We went in to see what was available and we're made very welcome. After s conversation about what we enjoyed doing a 10 day programme was put together for us at s very reasonable price. Our drivers were courteous and professional. All in all we would thoroughly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

2 friends booked yatours 2 day prior to arrival in Sri Lanka, colombo for 9-day customised trip around Sri Lanka.
Due to late flight arrival in Colombo we were unable to see a sign with our names. We called Udaya and promptly met the airport representative who introduced us our driver, Nalin. After driving us to our self-booked hotel, Nalin went through our itenirary and suggested time for departure for the following day. Through the whole 9-days Nalin was extraordinary in informing, planning and telling us stories, giving us a great introduction to Sri Lanka and the people of Sri Lanka. Driving with Nalin was amazing and definately made our trip unforgettable.
As an extraordinary mention, we highly appreciate that Udaya booked us great train tickets and ensured that we get window seats for the train ride.
A company that is fair, understanding and very knowledgeable.
Can only recommend this firm for your trip to sri lanka, if you want professional, kind, serviceminded and informative people.

Thanks for helping us with our trip. Udaya replied to us really quickly and help us with our itinerary. Cali, our driver, was really nice and professional, always on time, telling us some history behind the places we were visiting, and taking us to good places to have lunch. The trip went really well, it was well organized, and we were able to do quite a lot during the days we were in Sri Lanka.

Ya Tours really helped us out last minute and the driver Calli was AMAZING. We arrived in Sri Lanka with no real idea and went into the Ya Tours office where we were guided really well. Really good price and really good service. We booked a 5 night driving tour which was flexible to extend and we did by one more night. Really flexible and convenient. Our driver even followed our train so we could travel on the train without our luggage. Great country. Great experience :-)

Arrived at Colombo port and Udaya from Yatours was at Tourist Info office. He put together a 9night/10day tour for us based on our simple requests adding attractions along the route. His price was so low we could not believe. He based this on Guest houses instead of Hotels. He arranged a driver Dhammika to take us to our prebooked hotel. We visited Yatours office the next day and firmed up on the itenery. It was agreed if we wanted to upgrade to hotels we could pay an agreed extra but Udaya did not push us to and suggested trying the Guest houses. We asked for Dhammika as a driver because he was so informative, polite, amusing informative.
All but 1 of the Guest houses were great, some spectacular. Dhammika was so good, we had so many laughs with him. Can not recommend them high enough.
Yatours made our visit to Sri Lanka so easy, enjoyable and memorable.

We could not be happier with the service of YaTours, particularly that of our fantastic driver Kasun. When we arrived in Sri Lanka we were greeted by the owner of the company at our hotel which was very lovely and thoughtful. Kasun as a driver was brilliant - very safe, he was very good on the road and had great reflexes (and respect for) all the amazing wildlife suddenly crossing our path! Kasun also knew all of the hidden surf spots and Was a great travelling companion. Thank you Kasun, thank you YaTours! We highly recommend your company and hope to see you again soon. Matt & Kate
