Seen from a Bosphorus river cruise, this grand building stands out from all directions. A lovely waterfront area, this is a military school built in 1860.

There is no museum here, as Google claims. It is a military school with no public access. It can be admired from the street outside but this is rather too close for photography. The best views are from the Bosporus lne ferry as it passes.
