It is in historical peninsula of Istanbul and when you get inside you feel yourself in old times. There are many interesting machines from old days when there was no computers. There is very nice decorated safe room.

This small museum has artifacts of banking tools and photos. A fun part is the room where you can stand behind the teller’s window and take a photo.

Found this by accident but glad we did. Nicely laid out and the basement vaults were great! Only improvement would be to have some information in English.

It was an honor to be here in the Iş Bankası museum, the first bank of the Republic of Turkey, founded by Ataturk in 1924. It is well conserved as a museum with all of its furniture and artifacts since its opening.

This museum is just behind the Egyptian Bazaar, and the color and design of the building is so unique and beautiful! There is a security check at the gate, and tno entrance fee. Unfortunately, there's little English explanation, but anyway, I love the building!
