If u r visiting Istanbul , just find a hotel in that sanctuary. It's very much entertaining there, with all the historical place near, shopping areas near, u get food, restaurants easily.very nice place !

There are some drivers, but all depends on personal knowledge, try to check with someone who visited before and they will help in this regards
