Its a nice building with a grand gate . I just saw the outside while walking but thought it would be a nice place to study with all the historic buildings .

Istanbul University is located on Beyazit Square. It was established by the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II in the fourteenth century. The Istanbul University gate is very big and nice, do not forget to take a photo with the background of the gate :)

I was really impressed with the grounds of this university. The front gate was really beautiful and not what I expected to see at the entrance of on inner city university. Some very lucky students!

The attention to detail is important that you should have a human humanoid how they made beautiful door the outside so detailed and so wonderful a door entering into the details of it, and I'm amazing a place..

The entrance gate to the university looks really impressive and is well worth a visit. I combined it with a walk through the Grand Bazaar which isn't too far away. Unfortunately it seems that casual visitors aren't allowed inside the university itself.
