We travel a lot and try and do a tour on the first day to understand a city. Emre was just great. Insightful, easy to be with and happy to adapt the tour to make sure we got the most out of it.
We loved Ozge. She showed us around, spoke excellent English, was very informative, and showed us things we never would have found on our own. Great way to explore some of the less touristy areas of Istanbul.
Having only one full day in Istanbul ,we chose to take this Historic and off the beaten track walking tour . We are so glad and really enjoyed our day with our lovely guide Ozge. My husband was dubitative at first ,but was so glad...More

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

Well, since Cappadocia and Ephesus aren't near Istanbul you would have to fly to each of those places separately (especially in order to do all of that in a weeks time - in my opinion). Your best bet would be to contact Emre at the tour company to put a package together that suits but I would maybe go and spend 3-4 days in Istanbul to see all of the things you want to see and then fly to Cappadocia and then Ephesus. I'm not sure about the other because I didn't do that and I'm not sure about the location and how you'd fit it in the itinerary. Since you're young and don't have a big group, it's probably not a problem to go and get all of that done. For us, we had a group of 60 people, so it took us 14 days to see all of the things we saw. We spent 10 days in Istanbul and then flew to Cappadocia for 2 days and then to Ephesus for one day. But you could easily knock out a lot of your wants in 3-4 days. Then do Cappadocia for 2 days and Ephesus for one and maybe the other for one? But talk to Emre and he would gladly help you.
