Astonishing quality museum. Very reasonable entrance price. Top quality original and restored exhibits, cars, motorbikes, steam engines, planes, trains, boats etc. Great value cafe. if i were a kid i would go there every day to play. lots of experiments, slow motion running devices, many cars. especialy the car of Harry Potter

It’s one of the many must see attractions in Istanbul. Entrance is cheap. There is a great restaurant inside the museum where you can enjoy a lunch after the visit.

The number of students visiting the museum is a bit overpowering but the car and boat collections are spectacular win their scope, variety and quality. If you have children, please take them. They will have a lifelong memory of the visit.

Boat trips across the Bosphorus are relatively cheap. Exploring the historical parts of the city on foot, but try to take in a museum or two. Well worth the money.
