this is located in sultan ahmet area and is very close to blue mosque and some other tourist attraction in this historical place

Very uninspiring. not much to see. Appreciate there is history attached to it, but you could easily walk past it and not bat an eyelid.

It is a stone in the ground with a sign of World cities that is cool for photos. Not much exciting here, but stop and take some quick photos.

If you happen to be walking by this monument, it IS worth stopping for a minute to read the inscription and appreciate the history. However, I wouldn't make this a destination or go out of my way.
