Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was near the Heichal Shlomo ('Temple of Solomon'), the HQ of the Israel (Orthodox) Rabbinate, and on a whim, entered the Wolfson Judaica Museum (it was raining, and I wanted to get in out of the wet and cold).
The museum is well set up, and the collection quite fine, but it is not as impressive as that of the Judaica dept., of the Israel Museum. But if you are on King George St., between Ramban St., and Bezalel St., and have 30-45 min. free, and feel like admiring Judaica, this is the place.
The restaurant in the Heichal Shlomo, while a bit too 'Fiddler on the Roof' for my taste, serves quite nice food, as well.

While this museum has many interesting exhibits, it's not a first time must when travelling the city. If you have been to Jerusalem before, have extra time and it's near by or you just love art, and Jewish art in particular, you should check it out.
It's small, can be rushed in an hour or done leisurely in two and is quite inexpensive 20nis (about 5$). As it is right next door to the great synagogue, I did both in one morning, before heading into town (15 min walk) for lunch.
Also, it's a great indoor activity the weather is acting up.

It was a resident friend of ours who took us to this gem of art. The Art Deco collection is incredible and you can spend hours enjoying this museum. Having been to Sardina Italy, I was mesmerized with some piece from that island and thought “the Italians independently of where they are appreciate art”
They have a great set of reproduction of Deco objects, I bought a clock. Why not?!

The Wolfson Museum adjacent to Heichal Shlomo Synagogue contains a wealth of contemporary and historical religious and decorative arts. Also, not to be missed, is the medieval synagogue transported from Padua, Italy

The museum (thrid floor, Hechal Shlomo) has a beautiful collection of Judaica. OK, it's not as large as that of the Israel Museum (what is?), but it contains some very fine pieces and is laid out well. If you've gotten jaded with Jewish museums, try this one (and also the Museum of Italian Jewish Art on Hillel St.)
