Our family rappelled into Abirim Cave and explored an amazing cave full of stalagmites and stalactites. It was truly an awesome, incomparable adventure that we will never forget. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration demonstrated by our guide. He showed up over an hour late to the designated meeting point which was really very compromising. Moreover, he laughed it off and was not at all apologetic. He was somewhat cavalier about safety and had us stepping over barbed wire and climbing through fences. And then to top it off, he took tons of incredible pictures of our family with the stated intent that he would email them to me. When I did not receive the photos, I followed up a few days later and got a “dog ate my homework” excuse that he had lost all the photos. Great place to explore, seems like an overall good company, maybe we just pulled the short straw with a lousy guide….,

Jeep Tour: You'd think that there isn't much to see in the desert, but this was such a fascinating tour. While our guide was showing us a cave that was used for storing water hundreds of years earlier, a couple of large goat herds came passing by complete with Druz herders yelling out "yala, yala". Next we got to see an unbelievable view and later drove by some of the Druz home where the local kids came running up to the car asking for treats. We also got to walk along a river and aqueduct. All along our guide explained everything from the landscape to the Druz culture. So fun!!

Camping: this was fun. Our guide Shalom set up a nice spread with some delicious homemade food. However, I didn't get to experience the peacefulness of the desert since as I learned every night it gets really windy. Its supposed to die down after a bit, but for us it didn't. Comfort-wise, it was doable but not the best. We slept on two layers of foam mats which would have been just fine if we got more pillows.

Salt Cave: The next morning after jeeping and camping we drove to Ein Gedi and then stayed at Isrotel Hotel by the Dead Sea which was a great hotel (absolutely amazing buffet and nice pool). I planned this cave excursion for the next morning after camping since it was so closeby, and what an amazing experience!

Our guide Benny was very professional and experienced in this particular excursion since he had done it almost 200 hundred times and I think twice a week according to him. I never really felt unsafe even though the description of this tour sounds scary.

Don't hesitate to headlamps and gloves they offer or buy your own before hand. I also recommend wearing cool clothing for the hike up (we went in the end of June) and change into long sleeve and pants when you go into the cave for protection. I highly recommend it!

I felt so well taken care of, and Moshe was in contact with me from the very beginning to the day of my jump! From handling all the logistics, and answering all my questions everything was incredible. The actual jump was riveting, and my guide was a hoot!! If you're looking for a company that takes customer service seriously, look no further! Whether it's skydiving along with so many other options, Israel extreme is the way to go!

Israel Extreme is a great outfit enabling total beginners to have thrilling experiences way out of their normal abilities range. We just took our third Israel Extreme tour this summer, to Kesher Cave and Namer Cave. First 4 of my kids and husband rappelling off of the arch, which is about an 80m (?) drop. Pretty darn scary. Then we went crawling through Namer Cave, which was challenging and would have been seriously dangerous without a guide. Our guide Hadar was very capable and we got through it pretty well - despite our total inexperience and varying fitness levels. Other trips were to Yonim Cliffs and Fox's Chimney (back in 2016) -- each trip took us somewhere we could have never made it to on our own, and gave the opportunity of pushing our limits (fear of heights, mild claustrophobia, fatigue) in a pretty safe way.

Although we started off at the wrong meeting place (our fault), Meidad was great in getting us to where we needed to be and met us with an amazing spontaneous “ Heiveinu Shalom” hora ! Such a wonderful place to explore but having someone as knowledgeable as Meidad made it all the more meaningful and enjoyable. His sense of humour, depth of knowledge and patience with our many questions made this a tour to remember.

My family and I had an excellent adventure with Gilad on our Jeep tour of the Galilee and the Golan Heights. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. What a terrific way to see the beautiful landscape and country while learning the history of the area.

Really happy with my climbing experience organised by Israel Extreme. It was easy to communicate with main office, all the staff memebers are very helpful and efficient. All my questions were answered promptly and I was impressed with professionalism and responsiveness of the team.
On the day we had a wonderful guide Shmulik who was a highly skilled belayer and climber and also just an awesome person. He knew very well all the routes on the cliff and offered (much needed) advice and guidance. We enjoyed great range of climbs with lots of fun challenges. And on top of that all we were treated with a cup of coffee :)
Thank you for fun day of climbing!
