Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I did a guided live-streamed tour of the Templer Colony in Sarona with Tomar from Heygo. Sarona is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel which started as a German Templer Colony in Palestine in 1871.
By 1889, over two hundreds people lived in Sarona and there were 41 homes, a communal hall, a winery, workshops, barns and sheds.
The Sarona colonists brought modern farming tools and practices and they focused on crops and products they could readily sell. The water pump can still be seen there today.
The area is now a popular shopping district, with museums focusing on its history history, and IDF complexes. Some of the houses earmarked for preservation are: Original Community House, Old Lämmle House, Glenk House, The New Community House, Friedrich Häring House, New School and Community Complex and Immanuel Steller House.
The original Sarona Templer Clock is now on display in the Sarona Museum, accessible via the visitor’s center. A new carillon clock adorns the facade of one house.
We also saw the old wooden bowling alley which provided recreation long ago. We also saw grapefruit trees and Tomar told us that there is an Oktoberfest starting here the next day after the tour.

Great market, but Draydel House is my absolute favorite store there! Beautiful items for sale, unique dreidels and other Judaica. So many beautiful things, it was hard to choose! And they stand by their product. If you have a problem they are very responsive! Check them out!

Fascinating history of settlement which is now within the modern day Tel Aviv area by a German sect called the Templers. Amazing to see and learn how they lived. There is a free tour on Fridays and Tuesdays at 11 am. No reservations required. Well worth the time and effort.

Went for some a tour round the indoor markets , eeating out at one of the local restaurants and then back inside Sarona market for a concert Thursday eve.
A wonderful half day and early eve, beware of the multiple variants of segways and mobile scooters around the paved area , easy to be knocked over if you're not self aware.

The Sarona Complex is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of central Tel Aviv. It is comprised of restored Templar buildings which now house cafes, restaurants, clothing and jewelry shops and outdoor activities for kids.
Within the Sarona Complex there is the Sarona Market which is an indoor European-styled market place. Lots to see, and more eating with choice of every possible food category!
Very enjoyable to come here on a summer evening, but the better restaurants require reservations.
Personally, I found that Saturday morning (when most places in Israel are closed) was the best time to wander around and have a bite. Far less people, and a clean and quiet environment.

Visited Sarona several times in the last few weeks, and it turns to be a cool hang-out place, among the old houses of Sarona, which feel like a village, surrounded by the neighboring towers in the middle of Tel-Aviv. Restaurants, ice-cream parlors, shops, or just to sit on a bench and look around. A nice addition to the hang-out places in Tel-Aviv.

It's a nice place to walk through, as long as you avoid the food. This place is awful-food central. Most places are bad, some are decent, a couple are good enough. And most are priced like a high-end restaurant in Paris.

Lovely to experience an outdoor feel to a Mall, the beautiful, but pricy Market, lively eating places and views of the amazing building that is going on nearby in Tel Aviv. hard to resist Sarona on a visit to Tel Aviv!

There is an underground parking. Enter the Haarbaha street, drive east and then north. This will get you to the government offices parking which is right under Sarona.
