Well build park, with picnic tables. The sidewalks are calm and comfortable, and lead you to the great views to the west. Great for hot days! Free entrance and parking.

The hill was once the Tel-Aviv garbidge site which is now planned to become the largest park in the metropolis. Very nice out looks around. Large grass lawns for kids to play. Too little shading. Would be happy to see the trees growing.
