Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were very impressed Iran, its nature and culture, our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!
Tour guides were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Everything was taken care of such as transportation, accommodation, museum entrance fees etc, which was a huge relief.
Iran is a misunderstood country, all stereotypes were shattered during our visit.
We are definitely coming back, and will carry the message about Iran to others!

First impressions are lasting impression. I Googled tours in Iran and Arian Tours came up. I sent a WhatsApp message and Maryam responded almost immediatley. That closed the deal. Arian Tours took care of all the travel arrangements, hotel reservation and Visa application. Our guide was Hakkah, a gem of a gentleman. We spent 10 days and 2600km together. Arian Tours is highly recommended.

We are an experienced traveling couple, having traveled to 113 countries. We booked with Arian Tours because of restrictions on US residents. We had the best experience with Arian Tours during the entire process. We felt like we were dealing with close friends.
The places we visited were fabulous, the hotels were unique and fantastic. People are the friendliest in the world.
My advise is, put Iran on your must see list, and go with Arian Tours. Shout out to Ali Reza our friend/guide.
PS: The food in Iran is delicious

I used Arian Tour for my family trip to Iran in Sept,2023. This trip was one of the best trip and experience I had. I was communicating with Maryam via whtsapp prior to my trip and we discussed on the itenarary and cost. She was so super friendly and very prompt in her response.
We visited Tehran, Yaz, Sheraz and Isfahan. The food, the boutique hotel, the tour guide , transport provided for us were all perfect. We have no complaint. The tour guide allocated for us, Mr Reza who was with us for 10 days was very accomodating and very knowledgeable.
I give this tour company 5 stars and fully recommend them. In fact I am already making plan to go back to Iran for a tour to other part and will definitely be contacting Maryam for my next tour.

Arian Tour was fantastic. Communication with the senior tour manager Maryam was very thorough and fast from the very beginning and she helped get the visa approved within just a couple weeks instead of the estimated 4-6+ weeks for US travelers. The tour was organized really well and our tour guide was INCREDIBLE (ask for Farid)! We learned more than we have on any other tour and they fit SO much into our trip / customized it according to what we hoped to experience. Highly recommend them!

I had a great tour from Tehran to Shiraz. On location Arian tour works together with very good guides, like guide Hakha in Tehran who even helped me from location A to B within my free time. Ali & Maryam are very friendly & helpful & ensure a nice stay.

I booked a 17-day tour with the Arian Tour. Although the tour was scheduled to depart in May, I started planning in January.
I didn't want a cookie-cutter itinerary and added a few more things of interest to me. Maryam was highly accomodating. We exchanged 50+ emails until I was happy with the itinerary. Maryam patiently replied to my every email, usually within 24 hours. She took care of the visa as well.
The tour went without a hitch. I had an excellent guide Arash and by the end of the tour, we became friends. Finally, Maryam arranged for a PCR test. This was no small feat. The US requires an approved COVID test to enter the country. You have to do the test no earlier than 24 hours before the departure. Although the US doesn't require a PCR test (a rapid test should be fine), Turkish Airlines does. They either don't read or don't care about the CDC guidelines. I did a PCR test in the US and it took 2 days to obtain the results. Now try this in Iran but in less than 24 hours! This would have been impossible without Maryam's help.
I highly recommend Arian Tours.

My husband and sister and I visited Iran this month. We were warned by so many people how silly we were for going. Well we made it home safe and sound and in awe of such a lovely place. Arian tours provided us with 5 star service and the best guide in Arash.
We toured around and stayed in beautiful hotels.
Arash was so much fun and interesting and was so sad when it came time to say goodbye.
There is so much history and things to see in Iran but I think the highlight for us was the beautiful welcoming people. We have travelled alot snd have never felt safer.
Would highly recommend Arian Tours and our guide Arash.

My husband and I are independent travellers but, being British, that is not an option for us, visiting Iran. It was therefore very important for us to find the right tour. Arian provided a private tour for the two of us with a tcertified our guide.
From my first contact with Arian Tours Maryam was always friendly, helpful and efficient. Emails were always promptly answered and Arian helped with our invitation for our visa.
We took the 10 day classic tour and every detail of the trip was meticulously arranged by Arian Tours, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The tour was, however, not set in stone and we were free to add things or alter them as we went along. We were made to feel that it was our trip and that Arian Tours were there to facilitate it, however we wanted it.
We had one guide (Ali) who was also our driver. He could not have been a more perfect fit for us and very soon it felt more like a road trip with a friend than with a guide. He was knowledgeable but also had a good sense of fun and humour.
The desert tour out of Kashan was a wonderful surprise for us. We went with our guide, Ali, but also with a local driver who was just wonderful, friendly and such good fun. It was definitely a highlight for us.
The hotels were all to a high standard. The hotel in Shiraz felt a bit tired in the room and had stains on the carpet. Otherwise they were all meticulously clean with good facilities and buffet breakfasts. All were in perfect locations too. The hotel in Kashan was exceptional.
Iran itself: As an extensive traveller I can honestly say that I felt completely safe, at all times, including alone (without guide) and late into the night. The people are possibly the nicest, most welcoming, warm and friendly people we have ever encountered and they make Iran a very unique and special place to visit. The country is vast and varied and is filled with oodles of cultural and historic sites of importance. In short the reality of our trip far outweighed our (high) expectations and 10 days was simply not long enough.
I cannot recommend Arian Tours highly enough and I cannot thank them enough for their friendly professionalism throughout.
