Absolutely amazing service! We booked a very competitive package (best value for money we could find) and ended up having to cancel due to the conflict in Israel and Gaza. Nooshin from Rashin Travel was so professional and courteous at all times and we can't praise her any higher. They even gave us a full refund of the prepaid amount and covered all cancellation fees and even the bank transfer fee out of their own pocket. Unheard of service and we will book with them for sure when we are able to visit Iran in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their professionalism, trustworthiness and generosity. Very positive experience.

Our experience with Rashin Travel was incredible. Nooshin, our point of contact, was extremely helpful and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. She didn’t miss a change to check on us and make sure that everything went well. Reza and Muhammad, who guided and drove us throughout our trip respectively, were exceptional. Reza’s knowledge of Iran was impressive, and he made sure to share his insight with us from the moment we met him. He also prioritized our safety an ensured that we followed the itinerary while still enjoying ourselves. Muhammad, despite the language barrier, as a great driver and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He even made an effort to communicate with us using hand gestures and help from Reza. We appreciate his dedication to his work and his willingness to make our trip enjoyable. Although the trip was challenging at times, especially the long road to Kerman, it was all worth it thanks to the efforts of Nooshin, Reza and Muhammad.

I haven't visit yet but I had an exceptional experience with Noshin while obtaining my visa. Her level of professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service was truly outstanding. Noshin efficiently processed my application, ensuring a remarkably swift turnaround, and I was delighted to receive my visa in record time. We haven't started our trip yet but have been organizing everything though nooshin and she has been very pacient and helpful, providing a lot of information that otherwise would have been very difficult to get, even when this information doesn't concern directly to the items we are booking. Really good service and experience till now!

Yousef Rostami was my/our tour guide from the arrival on 18.03. in Isfahan until our dep. from Bandar Abbas on 30.03.2022. We visited the major cities/historical places/attractions right down to the Islands in the Persian Gulf. He led us through the history of the Iranian empire over 2500 years showed us much of the architectural wealth of Iran. Even after long days we couldn’t stop being receptive of what he wanted to convey to us. This very personal tour was a highlight in my search of learning more of the great iranian past. Yousef’s english language skills are very good and his care and politeness exemplary.

We ask for a visa and Mrs. Nooshin did everything in a record tim! We took the visa in Iran Embassy Erbil in 2 - 3 working days!

First I applied an e-visa by myself, unfortunately I got rejected with no reason! Then I contacted Rashin Travel for my Iranian visa. I paid the visa service fee via PayPal and it just took 3 days to receive the visa number thanks to Nooshin.

Although I was uncertain about what I will encounter in Iran, the experience of solo traveling to this country was incredible. I was amazed by kind people, rich culture, magnificent architectural and beautiful nature. Arranging roundtrip, Iran visa, hotel accommodation and flights through Rashin Travel was faultless thanks to Nooshin. I highly recommend this agency.
