You can only enter the palace if you have dinner/brunch reservations or if you have a room there. It's worth the meal if you can't afford the room (most people can't lol) It's a beautiful established and the brunch is everything from sushi, lobster, lamb to a candy bar and fondue. It's pretty extensive.

It's an OK site to visit, but being it is one of the very few attractions in Abu Dhabi, it's a must. However you can only view the front and some of the interior. You will not be allowed to go outside in the back of the hotel where the beach is unless you are staying at the hotel.

I came here with my wife for Afternoon Tea as part of out Abu Dhabi holiday. The hotel itself is a very opulent looking, grand building beside the presidential palace. It is quite awe inspiring visiting this hotel and is clearly for the more well to do parts of society. With that in mind, we expected afternoon tea to be... More

It's a destination. I spent about 30 minutes exploring the lobby and grounds. The staff was very friendly and allowed photography inside.

We visited the palace at night and it looked great with the lighting. Definitely recommend the cappuccino topped with 24 karat gold flakes for 60 AED. Something you can't experience anywhere else.

We stopped out in front as part of our one day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Very impressive. Funny could not book on trivago.

Truly amazing hotel! The palace is gorgeous, the restaurants, the service, the activities, everything is impeccable. The luxury is everywhere but what is a real surprise is how children friendly the hotel and staff is. In such a luxury you would expect a stiff and snobbish atmosphere and it is not like that at all. From the reception to the... More

Good to look around this luxury hotel - worth a look if you are in AD. Only allowed in certain areas.

I'm not one to be mesmerized by gold and all but this place isnt just about that. The culture and the tradition it represents makes it one of the best place to go and visit in the whole UAE.
