We arrived just after it opens about 11 on a Friday. Ticketing was easy and we went through to the experience. Lots to do and not as scary as the Rossa ride at Ferrari. I contacted customer services for a birthday celebration and Mr. Mohammad Idress, reached out with all the right answers. He went beyond my expectations, provided pop up cakes, birthday gifts and came along restaurant staff and celebrated birthday with us. My daughter was so delighted, with her birthday being celebrated like that. As a family of four,we had so much fun at the park. It was a memorable day for sure. Looking forward for many more visits. We are long-term residents of the UAE. We moved to Dubai 11 years ago, but still feel like home when going back to Abu Dhabi where we lived for 5 years. Hence we drive up to Abu Dhabi once in a while to try new things or visit places we have been to before.
We are a family of three. Including ticket admission and some drink and food we paid $300 for one day’s fun at Warner Bros.
It is uncomprehensible that there is no resident discount for a family of three. It should be substantial in order to attract repeat visits by residents. We were there on a Friday. It was hardly 10% full. Clearly it must be better for management, owners and even visitors that it is more full than that. We can afford these prices, but what about all those families with children who would love to come back again and again to this place? Like Motiongate in Dubai it is actually one of the beatter ones. But is it worth it to spend this type money to come back? No way. The parking said it, more than 400 available spaces on all floors. Clearly this can’t be the plan and part of the owners’ expectations?

Quality of rides is fine, but the long queues and imbalanced fast track make it a disappointing experience. I visited this theme park 3 years ago and I’m surprised these issues aren’t fixed yet.
Fast track should be priced properly to limit its accessibility and the number of people allowed daily should be limited during COVID time. Except for the first couple of hours of the days every ride needs 40 min to 1.5 hours!
And why would a park only open for 8 hours (12-8)?!!!

Hello Akram, thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent visit to our park. We are sorry to hear about the long queue on the day of the visit and the pricing of our products and operating hours are made based on what our park has to offer. At the moment the park capacity is limited to the visitors and there is a limit of entry per day. Thank you again for your review and you can send them to this email for future developments:

We had friends coming over from another country and we recommended Warner bros for a family day out.
Unfortunately waiting is extremely unjustified at rides, it’s clearly teams running the rides are inefficient and it took over an hour waiting at couple of rides. Most staff are not interested and they really don’t care about customers’ experience. In one of the rides, they changed the person in charge and we could immediately see the energy and the flow of people, wish they educate all their teams the same way.
I suggest, If the park cannot handle the numbers then they should close the gates when they reach their maximum capacity.
Overall it is a very bad experience and we will never come back in peak periods.

We visited the place today i recommend everyone to book through the website its around 100 Dhs less each
We was a bit disappointed because there was 2 games not working covered with black sheets,
Plus the Bedrock river ride they keep telling everybody to wait for maintenance for about 15 minutes then another 15 minutes and so on until they say no its not gone work today.
And even the little ones rides after a long line they say they should turn it off for a while.
I believe they shouldn't charge such a high price while they know that not all of the rides working.

We had a team building event at Warner Bros World last week and it was beyond our expectations. The team at Warner Bros. World are very professional, organised and very charismatic! Everything went smoothly with no issues from sales to the coordination of the day. I highly recommend this team building day for companies looking to treat their employees to a fun, relaxed, bonding and enjoyable time away from the office.

First of all, I want to thank the manager of the Gotham City acts (wonder woman, green lantern and the flash) and the whole team. It was my 6 year old daughter's birthday, and she really wanted to talk to Wonder Woman but she couldn't -- long story. I voiced my concern to the gentleman while my daughter was crying behind me.
He went above and beyond what I expected. Above and beyond in a way that cannot be described. I really thank him and his team for everything they did.
Having said that; WOW what an incredible place. Just wonderful, with things for everyone to do!
Pros:
1) EXTREMELY hygenic; every ride was wiped after every use
2) Diverse activities for almost everyone
3) Shows very often, if you miss one you can catch the next one or another one in an hour
4) Great food (and very decent prices, if you consider the venue)
Cons:
1) More waiting/sitting benches would be nice, this place is big!
2) none. honestly, this was beyond what i expected.
For a family of 3; 2 adults, a 9 year old, a 6 year old and a 3 year old, you will expect to pay ~AED 1,000 for entry tickets + very satisfying meals + pictures; and this includes some discounts from my ADCB card and Entertainer coupons.
Thanks again first and foremost to that British gentleman, and to all the staff who were at alll times very friendly, courteous and attentive. Money, time and effort very well spent.
Now i need to rest my back from all the walking :D

Paid an extra 500AED for a ‘flash pass’ for two adults, which was a waste of time and money - quite often the people that were at the back of the normal queue got on the ride before us.
Badly managed fast pass queues operating a system of letting people in that did not make sense.
So many queue jumpers and people with no fast pass ticket jumping over barriers and joining the fast pass queue, we witnessed this on every single ride.
Then we went on our last ride (after being turned away from one ride at 7.35 being told it’s shut) and after being in queue for 20 mins we’re told there was a technical issue and we had to leave this time all of the rides were closed.

I had visited WB on August 18 with my family.
First Impressions: The park is big, some food outlets are closed, but there are quite a few that are open. Food is expensive (a glass of lemonade is AED 30), but nice.
There were 3 breakdowns of rides that day, I am not sure if this is a representative of the maintenance of the rides.
The issue that we constantly faced in the park is queue management, especially for the rides that had long waiting times. There are 2 modus operandi that I noticed:
1. One person will go in the front saying that his friends are there, and then another and then another. Ultimately there will be 4-5 who would have passed you. The security guards from south Asian countries are not able to say anything to these ppl.
2. A nanny with 3-4 kids will ask the kids to start playing and one by one go in the front. And ultimately the nanny joins them.
It irritates the ppl standing in the line to the core.

We went a few times and always had a great time.
The design and setting of the park are amazing and the rides are really great fun !
As it is fully indoors it allows visits all year round which is a huge perk in the Region.
You also get plenty opportunities to meet the characters which adds to the experience

We purchased tickets to WBW with our F1 tickets which included the other 2 parks on YAS island & we loved it that much we went twice.
We arrived approx 30mins before opening time, you can enter the building early where you will find a cafe for you to wait in until the park gates open.
The first thing that comes to mind is that the park is spotless & there are so many staff members around. The park itself takes less than 20 mins to walk around (if you didn’t not stop).
Bare in mind we went during F1 weekend so it may have been quieter than normal due to this… on the Saturday we had the park to ourselves for the first hour, after this a very large group of teenagers arrived & another school trip which saw the ride times increase.
We returned on the Sunday & almost had the place to ourselves, we got on all the rides we wanted to as walk on’s & were able to ride them multiple times. We also met almost all of the characters available including an very short queue to have a picture with a group of characters after the show in the plaza.
Swiss cheese & the road runner ride are our favourites closely followed by Flintstones & Batman (we did not do the ‘scarier’ rides)
Food choices were good - we ate in bedrock & the oriental place in metropolis.
Each of the human characters all took the time to speak to & engage with my daughter.
I absolutely loved WBW, although I can’t imagine I would feel exactly the same if it was busier.

Hello. I want to ask if you have any babysitters or child care in your park. Im going to come alone with 2 kids, they have different ages so they cannot to ride the same rides. In that case, I was wondering if there is any playground where I can leave 1 child or maybe any babysitter I can hire for money for couple hours and not pay the enter fees.

Do we need rtpcr test report to visit warner bros after 10 days or vaccination certificate fine
Written 13 December 2022
No. PCRs, face masks and ‘Green Pass’ status are no longer required to enter The Park.
You may however call Warner Bros to check.
Written 15 December 2022
Is the RT PCR test requirement still valid for fully vaccinated tourists? If yes, would pre-departure hard copies of PCR tests done in foreign country be acceptable?
Written 24 October 2022
Yes, a negative pcr report (within 30 days) plus vaccination certificate is still mandatory.
Written 25 October 2022
I have rtpcr report from India which is not older than 14 days. Will I get entry to warner bro Abu dhabi?

Several reviewers have mentioned that certain rides are more popular and get longer queues as the day goes on - can you tell me which ones those are so that we do those first when the queues are shorter?
Written 19 July 2022
Forget about queues … it is not so long you have wait for hours max will be 15 minutes, depending what rides and hey want to explore, you will have enough time don’t worry about time WB is so well organized you will feel it waiting I. Q’s You and your kids will enjoy
