Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I walked the length of The Corniche in Abu Dhabi passing by Abu Dhabi Beach and Corniche Beach. Corniche Beach is a more attractive option than Abu Dhabi Beach. Although these beaches are convenient to downtown, I would not rate either beach highly. Yes, there is sand and water, but the views aren't overly attractive. I suppose having a beach in the middle of the desert is the attraction but when you have experienced some of the best beaches in the world, this is not enough. The backdrop of the skyscrapers of Abu Dhabi is pretty cool but the beaches don't look out to open sea. Al Lulu Island is directly across creating a channel between it and the beach. I also like to have a cold beer in my hand when relaxing on the beach which is not an option here.

I walked down the beach at night and it was nice to walk down the pathway along the beach. The sand looked quite fine and the area was very well kept. There were a few items on the beach like football goals which may take up a bit of space.
There was a nice view of the Marina Mall area across the water with the Ferris wheel.
there were quite a few pedestrian underpasses that led to the beach so you didn't have to wait at the traffic lights on the road. The paths lead to the beach entrances. The main entrances also had paths towards the water for wheelchairs.
