Desert Rose Tourism LLC is one of the most forward thinking tour operators in Abu Dhabi. Being the vision of Ms. Antje Dieta Al Sayed Ali, a German travel consultant with the passion for creating exciting holidays for others without a hassle, Desert Rose operates with a staff of mostly German and Arabs with a minority of few other nationalities. Being a successful pawn in Abu Dhabi tourism industry, desert rose has a group of more than 15 tour guides that are licensed and well-versed with all the details that will make the list of things to do in Abu Dhabi all the more exciting. Some of their skills include the ability to talk many languages, the knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s culture, history, religion and even cuisine. The whole tour experience and our driver Fadil were excellent! Incredible how they manage to drive in the sand dunes!!! A definitely memorable tour!

Such a beautiful experience! We got picked up from our hotel, drove to the desert, took pictures, had so much fun doing dune bashing, went to the camp and did many activities. Belly dance and tanoura dance were also amazing. They prepared a wonderful BBQ dinner with plenty of amazing food. Shanavas was our extraordinary driver, made us feel safe for the whole dune experience! Also very polite. Over all , I would recommend the tour to everyone and we would definitely do it again!

Did the morning safari with our 23-month old. The trip was great, a circa 1:20gr drive to the desert, a stop off to meet some camels, 15 mins of dune bashing then some time at the desert camp for refreshments, camel riding and sand boarding. As with all tours, it was the guide who made it. Zahoor is a gentleman and a scholar, giving us plenty of information about the UAE during our drive. He also recognised when our son was scared dune bashing and made adjustments to the experience to keep him (and subsequent us as parents) happy. A great way to see the desert and a time-appropriate trip for a toddler (as long as they generally don’t mind sitting in a car!)

Great experience with an amazing driver. Driver Rafeeque had us covered and gave us a great experience. We went with our almost 2 years old baby and was very accommodating, friendly and made it a memorable experience. Rafeeque definitely needs a raise or a promotion as his service was beyond our expectation. The overall experience was great at the camp, weather was great as well as pick up was on time from our location.

Wow its really awesome. Me and my family really enjoyed a lot. My beloved daughter and my wife like very much thanks for you that. Especially Mr Shanavs was friendly, helpfully and expalined every thing very well. Thanks to him and his driving was so amaizing and unbelievable. Its really good.

We had a very nice experience. We took the morning tour. It was quiet and therefore we had the feeling that there was extra attention. Saajeer was our guide and took the time to take beautiful photos of us. Thanks again Saajeer and thanks for your patience. We had a wonderful experience.

This is the best tour we've been on. Our guide Karim was a true legend, we spent the most wonderful and exciting moments with him😍. Safari is an amazing place to visit, stunning views and starry skies. i did a journey in the desert while i stayed in Abu Dhabi. Our driver Faisal was a pro and we really did enjoy the excursion. All was perfect. Thanks for all these souvenirs now that we are back to France. J and B

How old does a child need to be for the dune bashing? Would it be too much for an adventurous 5 year old? If he can ride do we need to bring a booster seat?
