the culture and traditions of the Emirates can be seen in recreated village scenes, - glimpse into the simple life 'before the discovery of oil'. you even can a ride a camel or made a henna tattoo for a few dollars :), try a local coffee and enjoy great view of Abu Dhabi's skyline.

The Village has few craft shops (eg glass), the staff was rude, you only need 10 minutes to see everything. Beautiful view of the city skyline though.

The Heritage Village was very crowded and many shops were closed. There is a museum and a few exhibits. It does have a nice view of the water

Potentially a really interesting place, but its a bit sad and jaded in places. Fantastic views of the city sky line. Very nice local handicrafts eg glass and leather etc. Some good information boards and helpful staff.

Our tour guide, sponsored by Viator tours, gave us a full and exciting day of various tours. This was a day tour of Abu Dhabi City from Dubai.

This was cool little venue with lots of vendors. We actually had to stop here to buy cover ups so that we could go into the Grand Mosque! There is a cool exhibit of old way of life.

Came here as part of a day tour and the heritage village was kinda boring, with shops and tiny units in a structure that try to give you a preview of crafts the people of Abu Dhabi used to do. There's a little museum that shows more of the history of Abu Dhabi though, but I was looking for more... More

Visit was a part of a day tour of Abu Dhabi. The village is relatively small that had couple of shops, interesting exhibition rooms, restaurant, etc. The views of the beach and city skyline was good. Overall an average experience.
