Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Astonishing, large free playground for children of all ages. We have visited this park many times with our children, from 1977 to 2019. When we arrived this year with grown children and our 4 yr grandchild, we found that the park had been completely renovated. There are acres of playground equipment, a real fire truck and a real helicopter for children to explore, a skate park, a group of small treehouses, some connected with a bridge, as well as many many obstacles to climb in or on. They still have a few of the older concrete, brightly painted sculptures to climb on. For those like us with family ties to Punta del Este, there’s also a small museum with old city maps and antiques. Ponies and horses are available to rent at an adjacent yard. We played as a family for 3 hours. Our children and grandson visited again two days later!

I give it average because at the end the kids enjoyed it BUT depending who you are and where you´ve been, you can find this amazing or a reck!!! specially for the area like Punta del Este.
The municipality should spend a little more to make this a great place to spend the hot afternoons with kids.
It has lots of things for the kids to do, but they are either broken or rusted or in decay.
People who look after the rides can´t be blamed but it is complicated to work like this.
In Punta del Este in summer time when it is hot and can´t be at the beach anymore this place can be a great get away if only they put some money into it...

This is an old park that was refurbished completely in 2018. It’s a sprawling green space with lots of kids’ games and wooden structures to climb, slide, swing and play. All very inclusive and safe. There are some small cafes on-site and tables where you can take a picnic.

A renewed park, with new attractions. A huge park with special areas adapted for different ages. A Place with spaces to have lunch or just a meal. Higienic services and green areas to rest and have a nice family stay.

the kids will be the principal customers for this place, a large natural park with different playgrounds for different ages. It is not recommendable in hot days at the noon, because there are not so many trees and the playgrounds are not under shadow. Also there are foodtrucks for snacks. It's a good option to make tire the children. To get there you must do it by car, we took an uber.

Beautiful park to go with children. It is a super well-kept park with countless outdoor games. It has several options from hammocks, slides of all kinds and climbing games. It also has the option of horseback riding (paid) for both children and adults. The prices of the food stalls are affordable and entry to the park is free. Pets are not allowed, but like everywhere in Uruguay, people do it anyway. The striking or unusual thing is that there is a fire truck and a real disused helicopter for the children to climb on and have fun. Without a doubt an excellent option if you are in the area.

It is a park open to the public, free and very well designed and wooded to spend an afternoon with children in a fun way.

Beautiful place! Clean, tidy! You can bring mate and things to spend a beautiful afternoon under a tree and have a snack while the children play with the helicopter, the truck or the hundreds of games to climb, jump, etc.
Very good idea for a sunny or cloudy day. It is free and you can eat at the stalls inside the park.
One hamburger plus long hot dog and a Neapolitan Milanese with salad and 3 sodas. 700 pesos. (So you have an idea of the prices)

Se puede acceder con una mascota?
Written 23 January 2019
Hola, en mi caso estuve con mascota (perro) con correa y sin ningún problema en el parque, lo importante es que las mascotas no molesten a otras personas ya que lamentablemente algunas personas pretenden que a todos les deben gustar los perros sueltos y no es correcto. Saludos
