Pamela with Shuttle Safe Bolivia picked us up at the airport in La Paz and drove us to our hotel in Copacabana on Lake Titicaca, where she arranged a boat trip on the lake for us the next morning and afterwards drove us to our hotel in La Paz. We also did a day trip to Tiwanaku with Pamela from La Paz. Pamela is an exceptional organiser, guide and driver. Without her expertise we wouldn't have been able to accomplish everything that we did in our quick four day visit to the La Paz area. Pamela made us feel like family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. She also arranged an excellent guide, Angela, for us while at Tiwanaku. I can't say enough about Pamela's professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and safe driving skills (essential in La Paz). Just hire her, she is the best. Thanks Pamela for everything!

I found Shuttle Safe/Pamela through trip advisor and thought I give it a try since all prior reviews have been good. This was the best decision made and I highly recommend her!
I did quite an extensive research of the places that I wanted to visit in La Paz and had provided Pamela with the list. Because it was only a day trip there, I had informed her of our time constrains. Pamela fully understood our situation and managed to bring us to all places listed. Not only that, she added a few more "bonus" sites which I really appreciated.
She's also a very safe driver (you will know what I mean after you observe how others drive in the area), she is absolutely honest and very reasonable in terms of how she charges for the private tour.

This service is absolutely fantastic. Very punctual, friendly, and Pamela is really nice with the passengers.
We used this service to go to La Senda Verde, to Lake Titicaca and airport transfers. Prices are very reasonable. Highy recommended. They have seat belts in all the seats.

Driver punctual, holding sign with my name on arrival, VERY early morning. Trip was flawless, although driver spoke no English. Also discovered that same service is available through other sources at much lower cost.

Absolutely perfect. I arrived at 4am and the driver was there holding a sign with my name clear as day when I arrived. He was such a kind, friendly gentleman, and though he only spoke Spanish, my Spanish was good enough where we could communicate, and he told me about his favorite places to go in La Paz, a little about the city - before I knew it was I already at my Airbnb! The shuttle was clean and spacious - TONS of room for me and my THREE big suitcases. Total cost was $20 including the tip. That's a THIRD of the price another place offered me for the same transfer. Plus Pamela, who was my contact person, was also very kind and helpful. Overall, this is a VERY professional company, and I plan to use them for two additional transfers while here in Bolivia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My wife and I booked Pamela of Safe Shuttle Bolivia after reading her reviews on Trip Advisor. What a smart choice. Miguel, one of the drivers, picked us up at 3:30 am at El Alto Airport and took to hotel. Miguel doesn't speak English, but is a excellent driver and very pleasant. Pamela then picked us up in early afternoon for a city tour. She has a very comfortable van, and is an excellent driver. She did an amazing job driving in La Paz traffic, which you have to see to believe. She speaks great English and was pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful. We continued to use Pamela and Miguel for airport shuttles and a trip to Lake Titicaca during our stay. We can recommend her highly!

The best driver to get you to and from the airport, or to the other side of town like Colon or the old town of Casco Vieljo. Emory De Portage is your guy who happens to speak Spanish and English making things easy for non Bi-Lingual speaker.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for safe transport in Bolivia! Pamela was so easy to work with and she was fast at replies and gave all the details. She helped me get airport transfers to and from La Paz because my flights were so early and I was apprehensive getting a taxi as a solo female traveler.
She also arranged a full city customized tour with photographer/drone, guide, and driver so I could explore the city and create content.
Such a fabulous experience and I cannot recommend this service enough!!! Fast, reliable, safe, and friendly! Also super affordable compared to taxi.

These guys were great. Responded very quickly via WhatsApp, good communication. Very professional, friendly driver and the van was very clean and safe.
