Now in exhibition "Don Quixote in the Andes" More than one hundred drawings, paintings and mural of Quixotes created by famous Bolivian artist Walter Solón Romero Gonzales. Being very young, Solón discovered Don Quixote through the stories of his father. Years later, he started to draw him and his image began to take a life of its own. Far from illustrating the novel by Miguel de Cervantes, Solon's Quixote began to meddle in our reality: from the Spanish conquest to the popular revolts, from military dictatorships to his fight with the angels of democracy.
