We did the Takesi trail in three days and would surely recommend it. The first day is the hardest (crossing the pass), so we would suggest to prepare and work on your walking condition on forehand. Of course, it was snowing the whole day when...More

We inherit an awesome trail network from the Incas. One of these, probably the shortest in La Paz is the Takesi. If you are starting you can doit in three days, camping and enjoying different weathers. If you want to do it quickly you can...More

We did the trail in 4 days 3 nights, loaded with camping gear. Two solutions to ease the climb if you carry a lot of weight: ask to the micro to be dropped after Choquekhota at the river, you will save 1 hour climb, or...More

Amazing trek which can be done in 2 days at easy steps. What I loved about it, is that you get to experience the climate change and altitude first hand. You start a really high elevation in the cold cumbre and end in a tropical...More
